Asp.net - Simple Message To Display On File Upload?

I have been working on a file upload section within my ASP.NET site.With the below code, I am able to get a user to upload documents based based on the Regular Expressions set within the RegularExpressionValidator.I am happy that this works accordingly.What I would like to complete now is a message to indicate that the file has been uploaded successfully. I am unsure how to complete this, but would like to add it to a Label named "fileuploaded".Here is my code for the .aspx page:

Im wanting to display a Login message after my user Logs in. The Database has a column called AName where the users display name is stored. I have: [code]to let them login. At this point I want to grab the value in AName and display Welcome 'AName'

I have a problem in timers, I want to display 2 forms each one after 3 and 5, how to do that? I mean when the first form appears, after 3 seconds another one will appear, then after 5 seconds the second will appear. I have a code where someone gave me here but its for message box only, thus I modify it to put a form still does not work. Here the code I put in the timer below:

I still have problem when the message box stops, it displays all the forms together. All I want is when the message box stops, then it display the first form then stop to display the second then stop to display the last. The first form must stay for 3 seconds on the screen, then after 3 seconds the second appears then after 5 seconds the last appears.

find a current and simple way to do this. I'm using VWD Express 2008 and SQL Express 2008.I'm able to get the client's path to the image file using an asp:FileUpload control on the web form.How do I upload the client's image file and display it in the web form's image control?How do I save it to the sqlserver? Currently, the user has to use Sound Record to record the message, use an FTP client to upload it to a web server, and finally, use an e-mail client to send the URL. I'd like to combine those three features into one.
I need to display a simple box on a form that can be split by the user. It represents a gang up of a number of images on a printed sheet. These images are always in a # of rows x # of columns format (1x1 or 2x4 etc). There can be from 1 - 24 rows and 1 - 24 columns.
My thought was that I would give one text box each that the user could enter the number of rows and number of columns into. When these change then the box display would repaint to display a grid that represents the gang up specified in the text boxes. My issue is that I don't see a control that I could adapt for this use for the box.

I'm running an FTP Server using Golder FTP Server, which is freeware. I think it's setup correctly because connecting to the FTP Server using the exact same string as above using Windows Explorer works great.
I have a code block that is supposed to display a windows style message box to the user in my asp.net application. The user performs an action on an asp.net page, that page then processes data on another aspx page. The second aspx page is where the message box code is to be displayed.The box is displayed on my local machine, and another developers local machine. But the dev server does not display it. Nothing in the error log either.

I wish to build and display a simple diagram that is built from data entered by the user. Because I can't post a picture of the types of diagrams here I'll use the following example. Image a picture of a house as a child might draw it a large square, with a triangle for a roof, a rectangle for a door, and two smaller squares for windows. Now I want to build an application that lets the user enter data and change that drawing according. For example, by entering the length and height of the house the size changes, change the number of windows, size of the door or height of the roof.
Now this may seem like a useless application but keep in mind the house is just an example the real purpose is different but should be as simply drawn. I'm looking for suggestions on make this work. Should I use a paint? or is something like this better done with a tie into the Visio references?
I have a project in Visual Studio 2008 and there is a working data connection to a MySQL database. In other words, I can query the db directly from Visual Studio and it will display the results.
I've tried a couple of approaches that I found online for writing a connection string and accessing the db, but no luck yet.
All I'm trying to do is code a button to query the db and then reset the text property of a label/textbox to display the results based upon another label/textbox value.

I have a ASP.NET VB form connected to a database. In the database, there is a field called TourCount. This count decrimates by 1 everytime a user submits a form.
When the TourCount reaches 0, all registrations must close. However, at the moment, TourCount continues to decrimate into negative numbers. When TourCount reaches 0, I would like a message to appear above the form saying "Registration Closed".
I have tried a few things, but I'm not sure where it's going. I don't receive a config error message, but it's never functioning correctly either. I'm not sure where or what type of script I should be using. My logic says, when TourCount is less than or equal to zero, display a text string via the id called "Message".[code]...
