Asp.net - Implement Jquery Easily Slider In The Datalist Control?

i doing asp.net and using vb.net.I have a datalist control which inside it show a product img, description, price the problem is that i was to show the product another img, so i want to have a small picture below the img, so when click on the picture the img change to another.
i want something similar to this link : [URL]..this link they use flash to come out with the effect that i want, but they are not in datalist, so think that i may need to use ajax but which one?anyone have any sample or example ? if i was to use the jquery easy slider numeric navigation how am i going to implement onto the datalist?

I have a DataList inside another DataList. I want to access the child DataList "dlQuestion" events, ItemDataBound event. Also, I'm tring to find the control LableControl "lblQuestion" in the child datalist. How do I do that? Here's the mark-up:

At work we have this really old excel spreadsheet with movable points in it.This feature no longer works in '07 so I have decided to try and make a VB form to replicate it's functionality.I have the concept down of what I'm gonna do, I'm using sliders for the movable points and I'm using a data grid view for all of the numbers they are just going to type in, and then I have a button that saves all of the data to the database that it links with.I've figured out how to get everything working except the button that saves the data. So there are 4 separate databases attached to sliders and another one that is part of the data grid view. What am I going to have to put into that button under the click event in order to make it save the values in all of these databases?

I'm trying to export the details in my datalist into a PDF file by using this third part program called Itextsharp. However, I'm encountering problems in generating the PDF as it keeps giving me the "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error which points to my "htmlparser.Parse(sr)"
I been trying for 2 hours now to fix this problem however no progress. Does anyone here have experience in Itextsharp?

I have a table called Sort with columnds sortID and sortname. I'm displaying my results in a datalist. I also have a table called Colors with colorid, sortId and shade. On my display I am selecting the results from the Colors table. But for the

I have a Datalist Control and Reading the pictures from folder and showing them in lightbox from Datalist I am also reading data and time from those pictures. Ist thing is that the datalist is not reading the Date picture taken from the attributes and second is that pictures are not being sorted in desc order of date picture taken.

I have a paging control for my datalist. It works fine until I try to increment to page 3. For instance, I have 9 things in my datatable the datalist paging is set to page size of 3. We when I click the button it will increment 1 (to page 2) but it will not go to page 3.

I created a user control in VB.NET that uses a jQuery datepicker. I am at an impasse. The code I have works for one datepicker control on the page but because I can only register the client script once, it will not work for multiple instances/ datepickers on the same page. What is the best way to go about initiating the jQuery script for this control so I can use it multiple times on one page? Can I append to ClientScript.RegisterStartup Script?[code]

I have a User Control which renders a simple drop downList into the page.By default, only certain values are returned depending on User Details, but the user may request a "full" list.I'd like this full list to be generated by pressing a reload button.Being new to .NET I am struggling to get this to work and not really understand the results I get when Googling or finding stuff on this site. I am attempting to create a ASP .Net (VB.Net) custom control for an auto-complete drop down that uses jQuery auto-complete.The basic flow is the consumer of the control will set some properties (such as the data source) which will then be injected as javascript to initialize the autocomplete.There are a lot of pieces involved so i may have missed posting some of the code, please comment if you think something is missing and i will add it.the consumer's code behind (PreInit event):

First I dont know how to "link" forms easily. For example: Form1 is like a calculator and I get value X (label.text). How can I "sent" that X to form2? I mean like: Form2.label1.text = form1.label1.text but it doesnt work like that. And I know why it doesnt work.. I dont know how to save that X. Every time I close and open again Form1 I had to start over. So how to save and link forms? Then another: what's wrong with this? Or how I could make it another way? Textbox2 should be numeral (should I code something for it?) and user can set it's value. Now it doesnt show anything in label5. [code]

Basically, we have three databases to grab data from. One is a SQL Server database, one is an Access database (which is particularly annoying to connect to because we have to map a network drive and such), and the final one will be an Oracle database when IT finally gives us rights.I'm thinking about creating a helper function that makes querying any one of these databases as easy as possible. I want to create a two-dimensional array

I want to create a VB program for my final year project,the contents of which can be editable by the user, for example when new information becomes availabe it can be easily added. Now,I thought that this could be done using the text box, although it doesn't seem to be possible.
I plan to use a database to hold the initial information.Could I achieve program 'updatability' in a fairly easy manner?
