I have two webpage in my website namely Default.aspx and Default2.aspx
I have asp.net textbox1 and button1 inside Form tag in Default.aspx page
and i have textbox1 inside form tag in Default2.aspx page
i want when i wanna transfer the textbox1 text of default.aspx page into default2.aspx textbox1 text hidden parameters ... which will not show query string in address bar and transfer value from one page to another..
Is is possible to retrieve the ID value from the Request.QueryString from a aspx file and pass it onto a ascx file in order to successfully update a profile using the retrieved ID?

I'm developing a website with ASP and VB.NET 4. I'm also using the FullCalendar jQuery plugin, but I have a trouble: catching a parameter from querystring to the webmethod in the .asmx. I've tried to refer the querystring property with the Request.QueryString() and it doesn't work.
Here's the webmethod:

Is the Querystring present in the Url once the page has loaded? If so you should be able to easily parse it to get the values.The WebBrowser control has 2 events that you might want to look at

I have a questions I want to take the data of a vb.form, and transfer it to an html page with the same layout and formatting is this possibile?
My thought of how to do it is; Take screen shot of the active window i.e. the vb.net form and have it save the image to the same name and have the html file have iframe that calls the image. However how do i make sure that it takes the screen shot of the vb.net form everytime and how do i do that lol... are there any good reads on how to use an xml file as a database I work on a closed server that doesnt allow mssql or the installation of the required addon for mysql i think xml is the best and easiest way to go because I dont have access database either.

The values for the hidden fields are already set. I want these value to open a window, in which the fields will be already filled using the values passed by this page. This code is working fine on Internet Explorer, but not on other browsers. Moreover, when I don't pass any value and just open the required window, it works on all browsers.

I'm getting an error :

If I use Function Contains (q.FirstName & " " & q.LastName).Contains(employeeName), I will not get any result back if employeeName is "John Clark" Function Contains looks only for next words from left to right. As you can see that I am sending 2 QueryString with URL. I am getting both correctly as long as I am sending static data. The problem is that I want to send one of my Grideview column value through QueryString something like this i want and I tried:

I am not getting the ID value as per column value but the same Gridview code like this
