I am currently using the code below within a VB.Net application to find specific text in a Word document. The text is surrounded by symbols represented by the character codes in the .Text statement. The code below is working fine. The issue now is that sometimes the desired text within a document has been marked for deletion and appears as tracked change within the document. I would like to find only the desired text that has NOT been marked for deletion. Does anyone know of a way to determine if the found text is a deletion?

I created a game where you use the mouse to play, it's like the game labirynth. You can't touch the walls or you lose. When I start the level I want the cursor to appear in it's starting position, which is a red picturebox.
Here is the code I used:
Windows.Forms.Cursor.Position = New Point(679, 650)
The location where the cursor appears is actually dependent of the resolution of the screen.
For example: with my monitor resolution, the location (679, 650) is right on top of the picturebox i need it to appear on. but if you have a different resolution on your monitor it will appear on a different place. I need to actually make it appear on top of the picturebox.

On both items I have set the [copy to output directory] property to Copy Always.The HTML document starts HTML page and IE is showing the text as expected , but the picture does not appear.I use click once deployment to deliver the system. So, i designated 2 text boxes (one visible containing stars and another one not visible containing the word that should be guessed), and i wrote the following piece of code so that once the user presses the button any of the stars will turn to the correct letter. But the My.Computer.FileSystem.Drives collection does not contain the Network Drives mapped on my machine. I have about half-a-dozen of these, but none of them seem to show up in the Drives collection and thus are not visible to the other FileSystem functionality I need to use for file management.

I am creating an application and I have the numbers 1 - 20. Each number represents a location. They are continuous. I need a way to find the closest number to a given location. For example if the event is in location 8 and there are 2 people who can attend who are in locations 6 and 10. Then zone 6 would be chosen as its closest and also the lowest. If I needed the next highest closest number then I could pull all of the numbers into an array and sort them and then pull out the one which is the next highest zone. However as I need to find the closest number which could be lower, im not sure how to achieve this.
