i have a treeview with checkboxes, images and text.i need to change the spacing between the checkbox, image and the node text.Must i use the DrawNode event and draw the checkbox, image and the text at new positions?

So basically I create a node, make 3 children to that node, and change the text if the first child to "FirstNode".
I have 2 events, one is that user can drag and drop the checkbox to wherever they like and other is to double click on the form to change background image. How to save these settings so the next time the form run, I'll have new checkbox position and background image.

When the checkbox has its enabled property set to false, the text cannot be seen at all ( so I assume the disabled text color is black ).Does anyone know how to change this color? Ok, so I know I have to change the labeledit to true but that doesn't change the selected node to be able to edit, so how does that work?
Along with renaming I have it set to that a user can add a node. So once the node has ben added how do I let them rename it as it is being added and without being a prompt or inputbox? So lets say I cam clicked on a parent and they click add node, it adds it to parent but I have it so it is default "New" but I want them to edit it as it is added. I think it will be along the same lines as clicking on one and rename but I have to start some place.

okay, so what i am trying to do is every time the user changes their selection in the ListBox the PictureBox will change accordingly. Its not quite working, i have tried multiple things even a Select Case method but its not what i was after.

I m making a "offline viewer" which uses saved webpages. I'm using a web browser and a tree-viewer. Is there a way to make the selected node in the tree viewer change if you click on a link in the web page (i.e if you select a link about The Gimp on tutorial 176, the selected node will change to The Gimp tree node)

I'm making a front end to dvdauthor.I have a picturebox which holds the menu background. In order to draw a textbutton on the background image I store the image in a hidden picturebox. So the text doesn't get drawn to the visible background.

View 4 RepliesI have data displayed in a DataGridView. The first column is a DataGridViewCheckBoxColumn, all other columns are read-only. The checkbox is not bound to data dirctly but - depending on check state - fires stored procedures. Selection mode for the DGV is FullRowSelect.Clicking on the checkbox with the mouse (CurrentCellDirtyStateChanged / CellValueChanged) works fine. Using the space bar when the first column is active also works fine.But: What can I do to change the state of the checkbox by pressing the space bar, when the "focus" is not on the first column? Right now it is a real nuisance to be required to move to the first column befor being able to check the box.
