Html - Dynamically Created Elements From Codebehind Need To Be Inserted Between Specific Elements

There seems to be no documentation on the codeplex page and for some reason intellisense doesn't show me available methods or anything at all for htmlagilitypack (for example when I type MyHtmlDocument.DocumentNode. - there is no intellisense to tell me what I can do next)
I need to know how to remove ALL < a > tags and their content from the body of the HTML document I cannot just use Node.InnerText on the Body because that still returns content from A tags.[code]...
I have an asp.net web app that allows users to customize some GUI aspects (such as font color, add a custom logo etc). This information is stored in the user profile database. I have a css file that populates font colors etc. The main page, loads the users profile from the database, and customizes the page accordingly.Aside from having each label with its own "font-color=", how can I display the CSS elements, based on the user profile information returned from the database?
I made a windows form application using Visual Basic. One window has these controls: a web browser , a textbox (textbox1) and a button (button1). The webr bowser will have buttons and a text box which will display different numbers
I'm making a bot to auto-reply to my PMs on a website, and I'd like to get all of the HTML elements with a class name 'InboxRow'. I can get the HTML element one at time, but the problem is that these will be dynamic, so the id and amt. of them will always change, so I want to put them in an array, where I can call each one up and perform the rest of my code for it. I just can't seem to be able to figure out how to find all the HTML elements with the class name and put them in an array, and I can't seem to find any tutorials online
I'm still learning the ropes in VB.NET and I'm currently up to a point in a current project where I would need to parse links on an html website once the information has been downloaded to the document completed section of my web browser.
I developed a WebBrowser which loads a certain web-site for me. The next task, I would like to see only a certain info on that web-site which acts like a table serving as special informational news for me. So, I don't want another things to be appear on my loaded web-site. I need to hide html elements, so that don't appear on my loaded web-site. So, then the form will be like smaller and it will be more convenient to use. Maybe, I need also to hide or remove some java scripts. Do you have any recommendations for it?
I have the following code in my application which gets the attributes "name" and "id" of all the html elements on a web page.
What I would like to do is place the returned results into a 2 column listview control with the name attribute in the first column and the id attribute in the second column. After searching the internet the only good example I could find is on the msdn pages but this only shows how to add a known set of items so I could not figure out how to convert this to work with variables.
how to parse and extract specific elements out of a JSON that I obtain from a web source. Using Visual Studio 2010 and VB. I can get the JSON but I haven't been able to find any examples or tutorials regarding parsing the data, locating specific elements and their associated data.
I am using VB.NET to read an XHTML file. I need my program to find every element within the XML structure which has the "class" attribute set to a specific value.IE: I need an array (or similar list) of all elements from the document which contain class="mytag".There is a list of several values I need to detect, all of which start with the same word 'mytag' followed by another word - so using a "contains" function seems sensible here
There are some html buttons which dont have id . i want to access these html buttons which have the same type name and values . But i cant able to access then due to their same names and values [code]...
I am trying to pull a set of html elements from a webpages to copy all the links on the page and toss them into a richtextbox. The tags are <a href "I need everything inside the quotes"but for the life of me I cannot figure out of to work the line of code to accomplish this..
I have tried a few things like converting HTML to XML and then using an XML navigator to get input elements but I get lost whenever I start this process. What I am trying to do is to navigate to a website which will be loaded using textbox1.text.Then download the html and parse out the input elements like . username, password, etc and place the element by type (id or name) into the richtextbox with the attribute beside the name.[code]Any clues or how to properly execute an HTML to XML conveter, reader, parser?
I want to create a website where it is possible to add dynamically "X" dropdown-lists (or other elements)These dropdown-lists should be shown on the website and furthermore there should be an other element be shown, that depends on the dropdown-list (for example: if the user chooses option "A" there is a checkbox, if the user chooses "B" there is a input field)
I've been seeing a lot of people reference getting HTML elements using the web browser control. And it seems to be something I may want to utilize in a program of mine.
a program which will get the html of an imageboard and check for updates, without loading any content other than the html (thus saving bandwidth). I've checked and this is not against any TOS.
But here's the thing, I don't want to actually navigate to the web page, because that'll load everything anyways. Is there a way I can search for HTML elements (and get their content) without actually "running" the page (for lack of a better word).
I have two user controls that need to add a class atribute to the body tag of my page, however they currently over write one another if I just use Body.Attributes.Add("class","value") So I need to check if the class attribute exsists and if it already contains the value Im going to add.
If Not Body.Attributes("class").Contains("value") Then Body.Attributes.add("class", Body.Attributes("class") + " " + "value") End If
EDIT: The contain constraint doesnt return the expected value, resulting the the class not been concatinated, Example: add class "dog" then I a different instance of the same control tries to add "dog" but the contains("dog") returns false
I can usually find the answers to most of my questions via the Google Gods, but not this time.I have a form that has a TabPageControl and on that page a collection of labels and text boxes via a usercontrol.
On the form I have a button that allows the user to create a new tabpage, when the code adds a new page, it automatically adds the UserControl collection. I can't get my head around how to access the objects on the newly created tabpage.
What I need to be able todo is take the index of the tabpage that has focus and translate that against the UerContol name, but I havn't a clue how to do it!
I am adding a grid of buttons to a form at run-time, and all of then use the same Handler. My question is : Is there any way I canadd the TextBox at run-time ?I know how to but without it on the form, the IDE isn't very happy about the "MyClick" Sub - TextBox1 is not declared......
' some logic here to make nice rows and Columns of buttons ' with different .Text and .Name Me.Controls.Add(btn)
I am stuck at a task. What I want is, I am creating a table in the database on the fly in the code behind using the below code(in VB).Now my main problem is I want to display this table which is created in step 2 of a wizard, in step 3 using a GRIDVIEW. But as we all know a GridView needs a sqldatasource for values to be displayed, however what I need for achieving this is dynamically assign a datasource to the GridView, but I am not figuring out HOW?
Dim NewTable As String Dim FullName2 As String = "Dynamic" + "_" + lblCompanyName.Text + "_" + tbCustomerFileName.Text 'Get Row Headers and map to Fields readerXML.ReadHeaders()
I would like to populate a <p id="para1"></p> html tag from the codebehind page in VB. I need to read text from a text file that will be periodically uploaded from a user and display it on the aspx page in specific paragraphs.
I have a collection (a Dictionary, actually) of strings as the key and strings as the value. The value strings are filenames. I wish to find which elements contain a certain filename as the value, returning the Key so that I can modify the Value (change the filename).[code]....
