Insert, Delete, Update The Data Into Database And The Data From Database Will Be Display Using Datagrid?

I got a system which i want to insert, delete, update the data into my database and the data from database will be display using datagrid. The below is the coding for one of my button, delete.

Now I wanna set when user click on this button to delete a employee (for example) then the datagrid that i have in my application will not show the data of the deleted employee but in the background, the employee haven't been deleted from database.The employee only will be deleted from database when the user click on SAVE button.I know this application have to use RowState but how?

Ive created the form and successfully connected all text boxes etc. Using the code, I have managed to open the database and fill the dataset. I am using this code to Add rows to a SQL database, and it adds the row to the SQL database if column 7 is not null. After it adds the row to the SQL database, it deletes it from the Access Dataset, and updates the Access Database. Sometimes double rows seem to get inserted into the database, so I'm thinking there is an error in my logic somewhere here.

This program is very difficult for me, but I must get threw it or I cannot finish... I have created a test application to display data in a datagrid, using the Dataset Wizard per the help. All fine - data is displayed.
I then added insert, delete and update queries by selecting Edit Dataset with Designer, selecting the table and adding a query for each action via the TableAdapter Configuration Wizard. In Advanced Options, all boxes are checked, and on the last screen of the wizard it says it has generated SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE statements, table mappings, Fill, Get and update methods. The TableAdapter shows four entries: Fill, GetData(); DeleteQuery; InsertQuery; UpdateQuery. On the DataGridView Tasks page, Adding, Editing and Deleting are checked and the data preview shows data.
When I run the application, I can update, add and delete data, but this is not saved.

Anyway I have used the delete sql method to delete data from a database, I want to refresh the data in the form after the record has been deleted. Do I have to close the form and then open an new instance of it? or is there another way I can refresh the data?

Im a young programmer from Dominican Republic and im wondering how do I add data from my database to my datagridview.I know how to add it when the datagrid is empty but I want to add the data to two existing columns in my grid.When I add it the way I know it just adds two more columns with the data but I want it to be displayed in my two existing columns.

in my form..there's a couple of textboxes..these textboxes display data from the database using databinding method...my problem is when i click on my delete button to delete the data displayed in those textboxes...the data will be gone from the textboxes...but when i check my database..the data is still there.....how do i solve the delete button problme???...i want the data to be delete from the textboxes AS WELL AS from the database.

so far that is my code..it work but in order to delete the data from database i use the datagridview does not what i want ,what I want is that when i select the item in the listview the corresponding data in the listview it will also delete in database... that code i post is that u need to select the data in listview1 and also select the data from the datagridview in order to delete the data in database..
I'm using visual studio 2005 to develop a mobile application. The database i'm using is sql compact edition. I know in normal sql like mysql, ms sql i can do a multiple insert of data but in sql ce it don't work!
I know of a long way that is to just create a createVendor1, createVendor2 as many time as i need to insert the data..but i don't think this is the right way to do it. this is what i have currently, if i remove the 2nd insert , it works. NOTE: There is a semi colon at the end of the insert but that is not the problem as removing it also doesn't work.
