Interface (drag Image And Copy)

I have 6 picture boxes 5 of which shows the players and 1 picture box for the basketball. What I would like to do is to drag those picture boxes on the court at run time but when I drag them inside the court the images should not be moved instead they should only be copy inside the court. how do I do it? Im having a hard time solving this problem. what I have right now is that when I drag the images the image are moved to the court and not copied. Also after dragging the first picture box that picture box from the source should be hidden then the 2nd picture box will now be visible and so on...

I'm working on a design project where I have to use a Graphical User Interface that contains a drag and drop form. It consists of having a window dropped on a wall. Both of them are images to scale. I would like to know what kind of code I would have to use to show the x and y coordinates of one of the points of my window when dragged so when I drop it, I'm dropping in it on the desired coordinate of the wall.

I have an interface, for the sake of argument called MyInterface.I Have a Control Class, lets name it "Parent" that implements MyInterface.I have another Control Class that inherits Parent, called "Child".I have a final Control Class lets call it "Container", that accepts dragging the parent onto it.[code]I want to modify this not to only accept Parent, but to accept ANYthing that implements MyInterface. I can't figure out how the heck to get it to work. Even more confusing, if I drag the child onto Container, with the code as it is above(checking to see if a Parent was dropped), GetDataPresent always returns false. I would figure it would work, since Child inherited parent.[code]But it bombs and GetDataPresent returns false whether I dragged a Parent or a Child. I'm being an idiot somewhere..

How can I check if the data in a drag'n'drop event originates from the same component?I've created a component containing two ListViews and the ability to drag'ndrop between them.The problem occurs when a progrem uses more than one of these components, it is possible to drag from one component to another, I don't want that to be possible.[code]I thought the "And (m_DragSource Is lviewSelection Or m_DragSource Is lviewSelected)" in the first if would prevent dropping from other components but it doesn't. How to do this?

I'm running Windows 7 x 64 and the latest version of VS 2008.I have spent forever trying to get the following VB6 code snippet to work in a VB 2008 Windows Forms application. The VB6 application works like a charm, even on Win 7 x64.Here is the relevant (I hope) VB6 code. It allows me to select text in IE8's browser window and then drag and drop it onto a TextBox called txtLink in a very simple VB6 application.

I have two (Telerik) TreeView controls, let's call them tvSource and tvDest. I want to drag/drop items from tvSource to tvDest. I have this somewhat working, but am experiencing two problems:
1) What it now does is moving the item. Instead I want them to be copied (from tvSource to tvDest), leaving the item in tvSource.
2) To allow items to be dragged from the tvSource control I have to enable DragDrop. With this enabled the user can drag/drop inside the tvSource control, which is not what I want. The items may only be dragged (copied) to an other control (tvDest).

I'm working with WPF 4 and VB.net 2010. My project consists of full-screen windows with a 640x480 grid in the center.
In this project, I want to have various image boxes (which will have the item .png images in them), that the user can drag around and drop in various places on the grid.
In essence, I need to be able to make it possible for the item to be clicked and dragged around the grid, with the image box still visible and the same size as the user moves it around. It should never be able to leave the grid. I also need to be able to determine if the object is over another object, so when the mouse button is released, the dragged object is "dropped", and it triggers a particular block of code.

I have a form with 2 pictureboxes. 1 is for the canvas and the other is for holding about a dozen images (about 60x60 pixels each), pretty much icons. I would like to drag the images to the canvas and be able to move them around or delete them if necessary. Like setting up a board. Since I am using pictureboxes, what would be the best way to load the images and also the best method to be able to drag them around 1 by 1. This is almost like a paint program with brushes that can be moved around.

I m doing a touch screen interface, to browser a page I used a webbrowser control, and in order to get ride of the ugly scrollbar, i m trying to use mousedown and mousemove event on the webbrowser to move the page around, it worked but when i m doing it, it select and highlight the content on the web too, how can i stop that?
do I need to create a extended webbrowser control by Inherits the orginal one?

I have an application that downloads a .jpg snapshot from an IP camera, writes it to the server hard drive, attaches it to an email and sends it out to my users. Pretty simple until one guy had to mount his camera upside down and that's how he received the image via email.
It gets a bit annoying after a while, so he asked me if I could rotate it 180 degrees before attaching it to the email. I have absolutely no idea - hence my post. The app is on a hosted ASP.Net v3.5 web server.

anyone know how to do this, but wit a browse for folder aspect..like i open up my browse for folder window, select the folder i want and it displays the .png file in picturebox..i'm trying to figure it out..here is what i have so far..i have it setup where i'm opening up a folder and loading certain files in my checkedboxlist..but i also want a .png file that is in the subfolders(the only .png file in the entire directory) to be displayed in the picturebox..but the folder is going to be changed depending on which folder is selected..so it can't be a set directory or path..basically has to change like the checkedboxlist.
