List To Update Every Time And Show The Values Each Time To Which The Previous Value Is Added To The New Calculation?

The idea with this form is to add the futures which is calculated when the button is pushed but I need the list to update every time and show the values each time to which the previous value is added to the new calculation, e.g. of what it should look like in listbox:
Year 1: $1,290.93
Year 2: $2,724.32
Year 3: $4,350.76
etc....
I have been working on this a while and I am at a standstill, I was given a function to clear the form everytime it calculates but I don't know how to implement it, I am new to VB. Here is what I have so far:

I need to be able to display 60 * x. X is going to be the time between hitting a Stat button and a Stop button in seconds. I need this to be shown until it is stopped. So i was thinking something like txtBox1.text = 60*time, but I do not know if that is correct and I do not know how to get that time. Also I am not sure how to continuously update the text box.
I have a routine that has an if else statement at the else part it calls another routine. Within that routine it has a msgbox script. At the part that is actually is suppose to show the msgbox it goes back to the previous subroutine at the else statement and runs again but this time it displays. I have never seen this before.

With a Time value in my program. Basically, I am importing a travel Time from a database e.g. 3:45 so it takes 3 hrs and 45 minutes to get from a to b. I then want to double this - 3:45 * 2 = 7:30, and then want to multiply it by a cost e.g. travel is charged at 25 per hour. so it would be total travel time = 7:30. Travel cost = 25. Total Travel Cost = 7:30 * 25. In the access db, it is stored as a text field, and then imported in vb as a string.

Now I want the msgbox to show me both values at the same time. I know if I want it to show me the value of one of the textbox i just have to use & val(textbox1 or 2.text) &. How do I make it show me both of them at the same time.

Basically i'm trying making a task manager program for myself. I want to know how I can display a message box and or play a sound when system time = time displayed in listview. I used .NET Framework 1.1 in C/S project before. Now I have updated the project to use .NET Framework 3.5 without modifying source code, but I have found that : the Remoted DateTime values can not be converted to the equivalent local time of a remote computer that is in a different time zone. When I debug the code is VS2008 I can see each time that the list.add is performed every other item in the list being changed to the one just added. Here is the code I running. I have a program that I wrote in vb 2010 that keeps track of employee times in a database. It figures hours worked based on a range of dates selected using two DateTimePickers.I have it successfully working at this point to figure hours worked per day in the range for it's current practical use. But I was wanting to extend it so that it would handle over night shifts properly in case they did ever occur.Right now my code looks like this and it works for my current application:

I have an ASP.NET application with a SQL Server back end. I am storing all my dates in UTC format and doing the appropriate conversions to the local time zone of the browser viewing it. One of the pages asks for a start date and end date (no times).
I am taking the start date and setting the time to 00:00:00 hours (midnight) and I'm taking the End time and adding a time of 23:59:59, so that the date range covers the whole day. Now what I'm trying to do is do a SQL query to do a search for records in this date range. The problem is, the data in SQL is in UTC time and the user is typing their dates and times in their local date and times. My quickest solution was to convert the date and time to UTC, then search the records. However, by doing this, I am to believe ASP.NET converts the given time and date to UTC based on the server time zone. How can I convert a date and time to UTC time based on the time zone of the user?

I have a DataGridView which I AllowUserToAddRows behavior enabled. I want to be able to force that only one row be added at time, then if the user clicks the save button the row is inserted into the database, and then another row may be added if the insert was successful.
The reason I want to do this is to get the last inserted id and insert that information into another table.
I can finally filter my DataGridView every time a checkbox is checked or unchecked. However, I do not need it to filter out all of the messages each time a row is added, so I just need to check the current message. The following sub's demonstrate how I am doing this.

Great, they both work as intended...but I believe I am losing out on efficiency with the way I have this. I have tried adding another public sub CheckMessage() to run through the row, pretty much doing what each long list of If/ElseIf checks does.
IN the FilterLastMessage() I just call CheckMessage(), and in the FilterAllMessages() I call it like this: For Each band As DataGridViewBand In MessagesDataGridView.Rows CheckMessage() Next
This isn't working as it is unable to get the index for each message when I have it FilterAllMessages(). I'm just wondering about making the 2 sub's above more efficient so I can have it CheckMessage() just once, instead of it doing basically the same thing twice. Also, the messages all go on to a DataGridView, and this will be constantly writing messages to the window. After a while I would imagine that this will bog down the program, so I am wanting to keep the number of messages that are displayed < 2000. How is the most efficient way to achieve this?
I have a form in which I add 9 labels in Run Time with .add method inside a panel. When I try to remove those labels in Run Time using For Each Loop, only 5 labels get removed. My code is given below.Code to Add Labels

When i run the loop without .remove and .dispose it alerts .Text of all Lables present inside that Panel and With .remove and .dispose it does not remove all Lables and does not alert all .Text. In other words it misses 1 after 1.
