Make A Temperature Gauge Using Scroll Bar?

i want to make a temperature gauge using scroll bar (refer to Attachments) it has label to show the text of current temperature and if you are noticed the are also two labels in blue and red which indicates coolness or hotness.the problem is when the temperature reached certain point for example 50 Celsius,the color label is not working.i mean initially i set red label,visible = true thus make blue label visible and it indicates the temperature is still cool but when scroll it to 50 Celsius,the red label is not shown up and blue label is still there.also not working when i decrease the temperature less than 50 Celsius.

I'm new to visual basic and have decided to make a temperature conversion program. I've attached a screenshot to aid in my description. The program reads the temperatures on the left(from text boxes), converts them, and displays the answers on the right in text boxes. The program has a fever check at the bottom which displays whether or not the converted values are a fever.
I've managed to get this to work no problem, but I'm trying to get it so if the user enters the temperatures directly into the "result" textboxes, that the fever check still works. Unfortunately I'm having no luck, the fever check will only display a message if the values have been converted, not directly entered by the user. Here is the code I tried(fever.Text is what is displayed in a textbox above the fever check button):

I am working on a school project to make a temperature converter that when fahrenheit is entered into textbox1 and then tabbed, the conversion to celsius, rankine, and kelvin is displayed in textbox 2,3, and 4.My instructor showed me how to input the code for this, but it isn't working correctly. Basically a vertical progress bar with a user settable scale configurable either vertically or horizontally. Fancier looking the better.There's a lot of nice ones in commercial packages, but they come bundled with 80 other controls and generally have a price tag of several hundreds to thousands of dollars - which is a hard sell to a manager when you only need one control from the bundle.My other option is to embark on writing my own; something I don't look forward to and don't expect to look nearly as slick or "3d" as some of the things out there.

I want to simulate a gauge that will show a movement of the needle from point to point over a list of valuse (like- 10, 40, 60, 50, 70, 90, 40...)I use a background image of a clock and an image of a needle now I start to rotate my needle .i found code that rotate the image from one point to another what I need is to know how to use a list of points not only two. this is the code I use:

I'm trying to make a slider, or a custom scroll bar, whatever you want to call it, in VB 2010. But I want it to act as an usual scroll bar. 2. For example, my label is multi-lined and has line A and B. What about if I want:

I have a stored procedure that takes in 2 parameters and returns an integer value. I would like this value to be the value for a gauge chart on the page. The 2 parameters will change depending on the attributes of the selected item. Is there a simple way to pass the one value from the stored procedure to the chart to display? This will be embedded in an asp.net application (vb) - so depending on the previously selected item, the values for the parameters and result will change.

I have a tab control with two tab pages. One page has the auto scroll enabled since there is to much content in the page. The middle mouse wheel doesn't scroll the scroll bar; I have to actually click and hold the scroll bar and drag it down to scroll. Is there a property to allow this?

I am having an odd problem with the Horizontal Scroll Control in my program.I am using it to scroll a series of panels across a form.This is my code:

The problem is that this works perfectly if I use the left and right arrows and it also works perfectly if I use the scroll bar's slider SLOWLY. I am loading several command buttons into it (one in each grid box). I have the panel set to autoscroll. When TableLayoutPanel is set to AddColumns, all works well. However, I dont want horizontal scroll, I want vertical. When I set TableLayoutPanel to AddRows, a vertical scrollbar will not appear.

How would I leave the vertical scroll position as it is and set the horizontal scroll position all the way left if it isn't already in that position? I've been using Me.AutoScrollPosition and have come up with code that is satisfactory but I haven't been able to always leave the vertical scroll position exactly as it is and just move the horizontal scroll position to the left limit.

I have a textbox that shows events on a program, which I add. I use the 'scroll bar' option on the textbox to show the vertical scroll bar, but how do I make it stay at the bottom most possible? i have 2 controls on a form. Panel1 and picturebox. I am using the following code to zoom in.
