Basically I use SetPixel on a given window to draw a line, work fine, but the line goes away as the window redraws itself.The problem: I have been putting timers and threads on it to make sure the line is being drawn. Is there any way to make a loop to make a certain thing happen about 10-30 times without taking in too much memory/CPU?

People can just put "A" as the e-mail and password and go right ahead and send an e-mail to me. This is why I want to add a delay so that users can only open the e-mail form once a day so that I can get a lesser amount of troll-mail. Is there a way I can make it so when a user clicks on the button to call the Mail form, it will make the button unclickable for X amount of time?

so if i say want to cruise 29 miles at 12 knts it gives me an awnser of 2 hours 24.6 mins instead of 2 hours 25. Although i do realise that 2 hrs 24.6 is technicaly right i was wondering if anyone here could help me with getting it into the correct format?

Jun 7, 2011im trying to make a fast food program on which the user will input the amount that he has, then he will check on what he wants, by using check boxes. There are 7 different check boxes with 7 different amounts of money. I have the program somewhat finished (thanks for the people that helped me before) but theres still a couple of things that I still need to get finished but I dont know how to.I need to be able to get how much money the user has (this will be entered threw a text box, I think I accidentally messed this part up, because I cant get it to work right, (theres alreasy a permit amount of money in there and it needs to be what the user enters instead of the permit, 5.59, one) and this will be the maximum amount he can spend, then the user will check on the food he wants (and the program will add the sales tax also) then it will produce an answer saying if you have enough money or if you dont. But what im confused on is how do I get the users amount of money and make it the maximum mount he can spend and make sure it doesnt go over the amount that he has checked.[code]

Dec 26, 2010I am writing an ap that monitors a website for changes. The website is for reserving campsites and I need to know when they change the date we can book a reservation. The date can change at midnight or any time during the day. It is completely random.I start the program launching a webbrowser with the URL. I have an inputboxbutton that prompts for the text to track for change. You paste the text in there and then the ap is supposed to wait for x minutes then refresh.I have a refresh button that works perfectly. Here is the code for it:

Jan 9, 2009I am trying to make a timer that beeps 3-5 times and runs a progress bar. All it has to do is click start (timer set for 2 minutes starts) and as time runs out the progress bar fills. When the time is up 3-5 beeps happen. I am missing the coding for the 3-5 beeps and design parts for it and all coding for that along with code for setting the 2 minute timing. May 15, 2009I need to know to limit the number of times a radio button can be used. Maybe the number of times the radio button has been used can be stored in an XML file, and when the user wants to reset the counter all they would have to do it delete this file. I really don't know, that's why I'm asking you. But,the program will append a string every time a button is clicked with a radio button selected, I just need to know how to, for instance only allow RadioButton2 to be used in this manner say... 15 times.

what i have going on is on one form i have a calendar that is for the month of may. when you click on may 1...it opens a form with some combo boxes and a gridview that displays the choices from the combo boxes.
my question is this..
can I just link all of the other 30 days in may to go to the same form or do I have to make 30 duplicate forms LOL...i know it is a kinda silly question but I really dont know.
It would be a travesty if the user were to click on may 2...and get a form all filled out from may 1...*blush*
Secondly if i were to have a calendar control on the form that may 1 is pointing to (at the moment I dont) how do I get the calendar contol to reflect that it is may 2 and not may 1??
