I am creating a Point of Sale software for a small company I work for. I am a beginner with Visual Studio and have just stumbled my way around. I have completed the GUI and would like to start assigning code. The problem I am having is assigning numbers to a keypad on the screen. I would like each button to represent numbers like on a calulator of keypad. When these are pressed they need to input into TextBox2.

Supposedly if the character is near death or has low hp, the algo would out put r=255 g=0 b=0 and if mid health r=0,g=255,b=255 (or watever yellow is), and if full g=0. but i need a smooth transition
i followed a few tutorials on here to create a calculator in VB.NET. View 2 RepliesI have to make a program in my class that will tell you the correct change due and the number of each coin/dollar you should receive after entering the amount of money due and the amount of money given. On the form it should have a Calculate button, Clear button, and a Quit Button. The Calculate button should, of course, do the calculations. The Clear button should Clear the text boxes and labels to as if you just started the program. The final button, the Quit button should exit the program. I have Programed the Calculation button and the Quit button but I am unsure on how to program the Clear button. We have been shown how to program the first two buttons but not the third. I would think the programming would be somewhat similar to the programming for the Quit button "Application Exit ()" but I can not figure out exactly what put.

When the user clicks a button its number content increases by 1, when the user clicks the check button it gives them an error if incorrect, win if not. I need that same check button to apply the next action. I need to undo the last button click by the user when check is clicked. I know I need to build a container or something to record the button clicks and somehow draw on that when needed. hat I am even looking for, an 'undo' search returns nothing close to what I need.

I am trying to filter fields in a table that contain percent (%) and apostrophe (') characters. I kow that to filter an apostrophe you need to add another apostrophe (''). However, when a text contains the percent (%) character in combination with an apostrophe (') character, an exception is thrown. Also, when using the % character in a filter string, it will be function as an "*" (fields starting or ending with). I need help getting a progress bar to show percent in it. I want to have the percent in the middle of the progress bar, like is sometimes seen in a few programs. I have googled this, and can't find anything. I found something on The CodeProject, but it was just a label and drawing a rectangle behind it. the code below shows an if statement that is determining a customer type and a discount percent for that customer.But when I run the code it only ever reads the first discount percent even though the allocated price range is above the first discount percents range and should therefore give the second discount percent and i cant figure out why it is not using the second discount percent in any of the bronze, silver or gold statements.
