Set Sock5 Proxy In Web Browser Control?

i know how to set a http proxy in web browser control.I had tried my best to set sock5 proxy in web browser control but i didn't successed for it .i am developing this application in vb.net 2008 "windows application".i can connect sock5 proxy as tcp connection here is code to connect.

Is there a way to have your program automatically create a proxy for a specific browser, like IE, when your app is running? I was thinking that maybe you could create a VLAN proxy or something and a button on the app to toggle it on and off. But I'm not sure how or if one can do it.

to use a webbrowser control in VB, but it should not pick the internet explorer's proxy settings.I want to build a browser in VB with webbrowser control to run a local intranet application, but this application should not use the internet explorer's proxy settings, but on the other hand, if I run explorer, it should run as it is with its settings.

I'm making a application to use in college to retrieve my calendar and other things in VB.NET. But my college uses a proxy so when I connect my laptop I need to change the internet settings in my web browser to view web pages. how I would send requests via a proxy server in VB.NET? Or is there a piece of software that I can download which tunnels all connections or is there a setting in win7 does this?

I am trying to use the Web Browser control in my vb .net user control. I am using VS 2008. Finally, I will be calling my assembly (.dll) from a web page. I wanted to display the usercontrol with the web browser control inside this web page. The problem is I cannot proceed since the Web browser control cannot be called from a partially trusted assembly. Using VS 2008 I have created a strong name for my class, also added the <Assembly: AllowPartiallyTrustedCallers()> to the AssemblyInfo. But still the web browser control cannot be seen in my web page. Do you how I can make my assembly fully trusted so that it can access web browser control? If you have used web browser control, can you confirm if this step is really required?!

I would like for my program to navigate via textbox1.text with multiple lines and multiple url links inside of it. I know how to make the webbrowser1.navigate via textbox1.text with multiple lines, however I want my webbrowser to navigate to each url every 1-1.5 seconds once button1 is clicked. Yes, my webbrowser1 will navigate to the specified urls via the textbox1.text (multilines) with a button click, but I need the webbrowser1 to navigate in a order sequence from top to bottom of Textbox1.text (multiplelines) every 1 second. I'm trying to setup sort of a LAN keep-alive proxy...Ex.: My Xbox 360 is connected strait to my computer via an ethernet cable. My computer is connected to the internet via a Wi-Fi adapter. Everything works fine and I can access the internet on the Xbox and computer.
Issue: Every time I start my Xbox I have to set up a "Home or Small Office Network" via the control panel to access the internet. What I would like to do is implement a proxy that when I shutdown the Xbox the LAN doesn't give the "Network Cable Unplugged" notification. I wasn't sure if there was a way to make the connection stay open for so long after it should say unplugged. Such as if I need to restart the system and don't want to have to re-setup the network on the computer.

This is my current situation and work process.There are two companies A and B and we are company B. These are two differenct company and they can't access the database directly.I have to open a web browser and log into a web site of A to download a excel file by clicking a button on the web browser and I have to open the VB.NET 2005 application of B to import the excel file from A.Additionally I have to export a excel file from the VB.NET application and upload thru the web browser.For example,

I noticed that on one of my systems (running vista) that I only have the IE6 webbrowser control, but on my Windows 7 computer, I have the IE7 control?
