i have wondering about using the fingerprint in vb.net apps to secure my application and avoid accessing to it by unauthorized Guests..so If I could find the answer to my question on this subject.

I have a small project that contains three forms. The problem is that one of the forms is on a USB flash memory device(by accident)...the project works with USB flash memory device connected. I want to move the form from flash into the project on c: drive. However i think the project file (?) may keep the original path to the form and it still looks for it. The form in question has an icon which contains an arrow (is this indicating its else where?)

View 2 RepliesFor reasons that are beyond my control, I have three Projects. Projects A and B reference project C. Project A references project B so that it can open a large form in project B. I now need to open that large form from project C, but VB won't allow me to add a reference from C to B because that would create a circular dependency. I found a way around it, though. I created a Timer in A, and when I opened C from A, I passed in that timer. When the user performs a certain action, I enable the Timer from A, and this causes C to open B for me.

1- i add Project Setup Project for my Project for Visual Studio 2008 Deploy & setup Type Projects and make it with output option and detect dependices

View 1 RepliesI am clueless on the whole thing and been reading a lot about it. So far, I saw some samples which are poorly documented and oritend to vb.net 2005. Is there any SDK oriented to vb.net 2010 and well-documented? After converting 2005->2010, it gives me errors and so I can't see the samples. Gruile SDK seems to work fine but it is very badly documented. I donno how it is initialized and interacted with at all as their API reference is poorly written.
