i can get the Clc month and day perfectly for year 2011, but when i goes to year 2011 it just appears as 0.my dates in Months.txt is saved as so

I have a web application in .Net in which I use Ajax controls in some pages. Those pages are working in localhost, but when hosted, the pages in which Ajax included shows following error.

I run the same exe file on another computer, but it gives error.The application works on my pc, but does not work on user's pc.I try to compile the app in other development machine and it is work well, the problem is my app doesn't work on user's pc.

For some reason vb keeps changing my dates format and removes the 0s at first this wasnt a problem but it really messes up my sorting in my gridview.

Im working on a HSD 32 bit data bus to serial converter via a microcontroller. Now first I want to make a sort of data sniffer to read the data bus (32Bit) .All on the controller side is working and the stream of bytes are coming in via RS232 as 4 bytes in HEX like FD,A5,45,8B . I already converted the bytes in Dec and ASCII to determine what is passed true the bus and how fast and stuff.. Now that is all correct and working very well if the LSB (least significant bit) of the 32 data bus is Data line 0 and the MSB (most significant bit) is Data line 31 but if that is not the case I need to invert the 32Bits (like as I would invert the connector on the bus) . How do I best do this using the 4 bytes I send from the micro controller.
Example:
(MSB) 01001000 01100101 01101100 01110000 (LSB)
HEX= 48 65 6C 70
DEC= 72,101,108,112
ASCII= H E L P
I need to invert it with a button to:
(MSB) 00001110 00110110 10100110 00010010 (LSB)
HEX= 0E 36 A6 12
DEC= 14,54,166,18
ASCII= (SO) 6 : (DC2)

I need to pull the back end data from an outlook calendar into a SQL database. I would liek to build the program using VB.NET. I have no idea on how to do this. I have called a script in my .net code which creates a .csv file and writes into it. The file is created and the program is executed without errors but the created file has nothing written into it. I'm able to create and write into the file from .net. Also, when the script is run separetly writes into the file correctly but not when it is called from .net. what could be the reason...

I've tried google a way to sort a table but couldn't get my code working.My program lets the user input enter information such as first name and last name in textboxes, once done they click on update button(so far everything works).On the top right of the form it has a Combobox and it displays a list of all the names of poeple the User inputed... but it shows it in the order the user inputed.I want to have a sort button so that way when the user clicks on "sort" it will alphabetically sort the msql table by last name and reupdate that on the Combobox (most importantly save msql with the new order of names)
