That is the code I have, Its supposed to enable/disable the back forward button. But it doesn't work. I have:

And the button is set to disabled in the controls panel. It just doesn't enable the button ever.

I have a next and back button to switch in between my tabs. There are 7 tabs on the form. My problem is that if I am on Tab 1(the first tab) and I keep clicking the back button that it keeps subtracting the the number (next_CurrentIndex) and I got to press the next button that many times in order for it to go to the next tab. Example: Lets say I'm on tab 1(first tab) and i click the back button 5 times. I then have to click the next button 6 times in order for it to proceed to the next tab which would be tab 2. This happens if im on tab 7 and continue to hit next also. [code]

I'm trying to set up a WebBrowser control so that it will respond to the user pressing the mouse's Forward or Back buttons and navigate accordingly, regardless of where the cursor is located in the form. The WebBrowser control doesn't have any click event handlers, and I couldn't add one with AddHandler, so I'm not sure what to try. Searching here, I read about GetAsyncKeyState which can be used to get the status of the mousebuttons, but I don't know how I would use this to code an event handler for these buttons.
How could I make it where I could accurately go forward and backward? Whenever you press back once, then back again, it takes you to the page you started with. So how do you make it where it can go back as many pages as there are and then tell if your a the highest or last page when going forward?
I am making a custom file explorer, and I am trying to make back and forward buttons, all I need to happen is when you hit back, it returns the last directory you were in, when you hit forward it returns the directories you were in before hitting back, and when entering a new directory, it erases all of the Forward data. I am not sure how to accomplish this

i am trying to figure out how to get buttons like the back/forward butons we see in internet explorer. i am seeing them in countless applications such as WMP, firefox, and even MS office i don't know what they are called so i can't find them in the toolbox or add them to the toolbox or even search youtube for video's on them
So here is the deal. I am making my own program for fun, and I have this road block. Basically I have a 'Parent Form' which we'll call 'frmMain' and I also have another form which we'll call 'frmSchedule' (work with me here)
If you do a search for "ie8 back button disabled" you'll see a number of blogs with people having difficulties with the Internet Explorer version 8 back button becoming disabled. This now happened to one of my ASP .Net pages. The page uses a user control, aspx page, and a master page. It uses no redirects and seems to be happening when I click the back button and then the forward button (after the forward button is clicked, it does not fire the Load event and the back button becomes disabled).
The problem is that I want from the interface after pressing a button 1 to show a value in text box but only if the button 2 is pressed too. In the background their is a timer so the value will show after pressing button 1 and button 2 but with time interval for example in 1 second the value is showed in text box in next second text box is clear like blinking in every second. The buttons are working like the on/off for the text box.

I have a form with a tab control on it. I've coded all of my button clicks, but for some reason when I do an F5, some of the buttons aren't working. If i go into the code I see the code for the onclick, but if I go back to the designer and click on one of the buttons, I get a new onclick section. Will the code for the button break if i move the buttons around the panels?
All of the sudden none of the pre programmed buttons on my form work anymore. The only buttons that do work are those i create in runtime.
I allready replaced all my buttons with new buttons.Beacuse i thought maby i've changed something in their settings. I've put breakers on the Private Button_click subs to see if anything happens. Nothing absolutly nothing happens if i click my pre programmed buttons.
Update: Well i figured out what was wrong. VS2010 had removed all the "handles button.click" behind the subs. And it won't create them when i dubble click a button i program time.
I have a program that connects with an access database and displayed the results of a query in a series of textbox which are created at runtime. This all seems to work but the problem is with my next, previous buttons they just dont seem to work now and they did before. There must be some kind of problem with my code.

The idea is to scan a folder of images and then let the user navigate back and forth through the images using a couple of buttons.The problem is, I can only get it to return a single image, and not the whole lot. It's looks to me as though the images are getting assigned to the same index in the array. [code]
I am trying to use the keydown/keyup events with buttons in the same project and it not working properly. I have 4 red boxes and when I press an arrow key the box should change to green according to which arrow key it corrosponds to. I have this part working fine, however only when there is nothing else in the project. When I add in say 3 buttons, Button1, Button2, Button3 and try runing the program instead of the correct red box changing to green, button outline just moves between buttons 1,2 and 3. I have tried turning tabstop off for the three buttons but that didnt work. how to read the keydown/keyup while still having buttions that can be pressed with a mouse?
I have a piece of software with two tabs, inside each tab there are buttons (the user can add the buttons when they want). when tab1 is full tab2 should start to fill. I currently know how many buttons fit on the screen so I just say something like if buttons > 150 then start to populate tab 2 The problem i have now though is if the resolution is changed then a different amount of buttons can be displayed. so if I put my screen to 1280x720 some buttons are left of. I was thinking of detecting the resolution and then using different cases for different resolutions but this seems very inefficient im wondering if there is a different way?
I am using an image button and on click of it i want to go to visited page.Now i am using - Response.Redirect(Request.UrlReferrer.ToString()),It is going to previous page, but when i am in a page of some user details where the link is looks like - users.aspx?userid=25 and i visit some other page and click back(image button) i want to see the same userdetail page.
