Detect When A User Presses CTRL -ALT - DEL Or Window + L ?

I'm trying to find out a way to detect when ever the user presses CTRL -ALT - DEL or Window + L to lock the PC.The code I'm using is

However, as soon as the user presses CTRL-ALT-DEL the Windows Security Screen comes up and it is too fast for VB to detect that the keys have been pressed.I did a little reaserch on how to work around this issue and found that a GINA stub can be written which can delay the Windows Security Screen by some time say 2 secs which would be enough for VB to detect that the keys have been pressed.Also disabling Ctrl-Alt-Del through VB does not work because it is too fast for VB and I would like not to disable CTRL-ALT-DEL

Inside a multiline Text Box I want it so that when a user presses Ctrl AND Enter then a new line is entered. But, if they press Enter on it's own, then it acts like the Accept button on the Form. I believe this is how Facebook does it.
Ctrl+Enter=NewLine Enter=Accept

This detects when the user presses a character key and outputs it via Label1.text, but it doesnt work on all keys?

these expressions detects the keys? I was able to detect two keys any of the above mention like Ctrl+shift or Ctrl+Alt and vice versa with the same expressions, but why can't these expressions or piece of code can't detect three keys/combination of three?

border of that said window so the only place the mouse can't click the titlebar and the minimize,restore, and maximize button. The height of the titlebar depends on what OS the user is using so I'm having trouble because I can't give a definite value for this. How do I detect the height. and also for border i'm not sure if the borders have different widths with different operating systems. I'm using windows XP on classic mode, when I change to the themed mode, the height of the title bar changes so it won't work.

I'm making a webbrowser and coding the ctrl+f function has proven to be too complicated. I therefore decided to link buttons with the ctrl+f window that already exists in IE. What i want to do now is hide the ctrl+f window that pops up. When I hide active window at the moment it hides the webbrowser and not the ctrl+f window that pops up.

i am making my final year project in vb.net for data entry i want to make the project more user friendly i use code to change the control focus by pressing 'Enter'(ASCII 13).. and clear the content of current control by pressing 'Esc'(ASCII 27)... in my project one form contains at-least 300 of controls say(t1,t2,t3,t4...)
so in the keypress event of t1 i have writen

the code works fine but produce an alert beep when i press ENTER to change the active control...

im trying to make a program that only listens to a few keys that the user presses, and if one of them is pressed, it carries out a specified command.for example, right now,i found a keylogger that could carry out my command, but id rather use something else if possible. right now, i have a timer running this:

Then, in the textbox1_textchanged, i search for like if textbox1.text.contains("M") or something.problem with this, is im pretty sure its a keylogger, and i dont want to have to have that. also, it does not work in vista.

I am using a 3rd part dll file (SolidWorks EModelView.dll, COM file) that has a version of 9.2.0.128. When I add it to the resources for the application, however, the AxInteropEModelView.DLL and InteropEModelView.DLL references show a version of 9.0.0.0. When I install the application on a client machine and try to run it, the application says it cannot find AxInteropEModelView.DLL version 9.2.0.128!

I am trying to find the handle of the child window for the Yes button in the User Account Control window so i can click it. This window has a structure with a few child windows with the same name.

There are multiple CtrNotifySink with its own Button child window or other child windows. How do i search thru the different CtrNotifySink window to find the one that contain the Yes button so i can send a click to it? I do need to find it before i can send a click, right? because i try just sending it to the main window with sendmessage and nothing happen.I even try sending it directly to the handle found by spy++ of the yes button with bm click but nothing happen?
