Display Listbox's Selected Record In Several Text Boxes?

My program add information from textboxes (firstname, lastname..) to list box and i have it display like this ( all information in one line separate by space):
Fname Lname phone email
My next step is copy back those information to textboxes ( in same order) for editing. Here is my code; and the error VB return is "Index was outside the bounds of the array."

I want to display the index number of the selected record in a listview box as it is clicked by the user. I can do it with multiselect set to false and the following call.

This works fine except for one thing! after I click OK to the msgbox prompt, the record highlights normally and I click on the next record, and I get an Argument out of range exception error message, where I expected to just get another message with the next record number.

there is a tab control system. It relies on only five text boxes, and their bindings change when the tab is changed The relevant information is displayed. However, if I navigate to a different record...You can see that the same information is displayed in the tab control text boxes, and not the employee's details I just selected in the data grid or the navigation. I am building a form in access database.
I have a combo box which is linked to a query which is looking up a unique reference number from a table called Tbl_Submitted_Requests.
What I need the form to do is auto populate the other text boxes when the user selects the unique reference from the combo box. How can I get the text boxes to auto populate with the data that is associated with each unique reference?

The program I am making requires the user to select what units he will be using. But it has to be able to convert his entered units and display them in the text boxes at all times during run-time. I am creating an application which will allow users to search parents names and display their childen respectively in a datagrid.I have created a form with two text boxes, a search button and a datagrid. The two text boxes are txtFName.text and txtLName.Text. On clicking btnSearch I want to be able to run a search to the SQL database for specific records.So far I have been sucessful in doing so with a listbox but I would prefer to have the data populating in a datagrid as it is more cleaner.

I have designed my form like this it has a combo box and several text boxes. In the form load I want to load the customer IDs of my customer table into my Combo box.Customer IDs data type is varchar and this part is working in my form.The next thing that I want to do is if a user select a single user ID from the combo box I need to display the first name last name and there are several fields of that selected customer id in the text boxes.If anyone can help me in this it'll be a great help.I have designed my data base in sql server 2008 and I'm using visual studio 2008.I added a new sqldata adapter and I created the data set.But I want to know how to pass the selected id of the combo box as the select parameter of sql statement and how to bind data to the text boxes.

a dialogue box to have the user open a file they wish. I'm trying to open a specific file when a listbox item is selected and I have that down but I'm running into the problem of needing to have "" in the display which is impossible from what I can tell in the code. I just need to know what goes in the quotes which will open the file.
