Loop Through Folder - Attach Files And Send Emails

I have encountered an error whenever I try to run my SendEmail method, the method will actually loop through a folder of files and attach the files to the mail. I am able to send email for "Records", but when the method reaches "Lists", it throws a "NullReferenceException" on the line which I have bold.

I have three separate .exe files that I would like to attach to a "Tools" folder in my application. I tried adding them as com references but that didnt seem to work. How can I get my application to publish with them attached?

I was wondering how i would go about make my program loop threw files in a folder and if that file is .jpg it will delete I use this to see if the file exists and delete it

Im trying to write a loop that will read through a number of *.csv files in a folder and then stuff the data into SQL. The code works and will happily put the data i want for a named file into SQL no problems. So when i had that working i then tried to loop it so that it would do the same for all files in the folder until all files had been done, and not error out if there where no files etc.
Maybe im tired (well, i am) or not had enough coffee but i just cant get this to work, it should be simple - i know it is infact, but its making ME feel simple.i think i should have an integer count in there, but similar examples ive seen dont use one. Also when trying to open the path i get an error at runtime "the path is not of a legal form"

i got error when
1.) Looping exceed the images files found in the folder
2.) When program get not valid file
3.) when changing the source of images
the error says "Parameter is not valid"

I've set up a basic loop to delete all the files in a particular folder. I've set the loop in a Try block so it doesn't crash the application when it gets to a file it can't delete. I'd like for the app to just pass over these type of files. At the moment, my loop stops completely when it gets to that exception.

I have really struggled on a simple problem which is trying to send an email through my vb application, I have search the web inside out and even looked at a few examples but it just doesn�t make any sense to me. Ive read about SMTP servers and MAPI but don�t really understand much, I did also download the MAPI ddl file however I dont know what to do next. Ideally what I would like is just something simple, take the text from a few textboxes and show that text in the body of the text in the email (Im using Outlook but if its easier using something else then fine.)
Well anyway recently I got to the point where I was about to give up but I came across something, In my vb application I placed a link label, and under the tag of the link label I put the following text: mailto test@test.com (obviously for spam reasons I have not included my email address.)
The under the link label click event I put the following: System.Diagnostics.Process.Start(LinkLabel1.Tag.ToString()) What this does is simple, it opens up outlook express and the mailto address is pasted in the To address, as this is the most easiest way I have come across trying to send an email would it be possible to take all the text from the textboxces and show the text in the main body of the email?

in my desktop application for sending mail I have used,

It was working fine but suddenly since from yesterday, 2 mails are sent by same obj1.Send() (In both the mails date time are same.) I have not changed code or used any loop for sending mail.

I have a standard HTML page with an CKEditor on it wrapped in a form.The form submits (POSTS) to Send_Emails.aspx
Send_Emails.aspx reads the content of the FCKEditor into a variable

Then it sends an email.
Problem: Characters such as:
 -> this seems to show as a special character for blank spaces/carriage returns

1) how to send bulk email using asp.net.. , have you googled this it has so many softwares but i have to implement in .net. ie: if i send the email to 10,000 users so i have send email at a time , each user should get personalized email on TO address , suppose if the email doesnt exist or not working etc. so i have to show the status of each and every userid whether email is send or not..
2) And i have one doubt suppose if am sending the email to some 100 user, in the middle ie : 50 userid will not exist at that time whether loop will be continuing or it will stopped.

I have a database that holds email addresses, and I want to send each one an email via a GMail account. My code works fine - the first email is sent and I receive it. I then navigate to the second email address, click the button, and, again, the email is sent just fine. Then I encounter problems. After sending two, if I try to send any more, I get an error telling me the operation has timed out? I have no choice then but to quit my application and try again - and it will then send two, before giving me the error.

I am having a problem with the emails on website I did for someone. They have a list of customer to send prices list monthly, but the emails on most of them goes to the spam folder. Email is very simple, with HTML text and one link. This is the email format:
From: contact@senderdomain.com
to: customer@email.com
Two lines of text here
link here [URL]
end of mail....
I know they can go to the spam and make it 'not spam', but out of 5k customers we don't know how many of them are getting it or not. Also WHY are they going to spam?

in the current project im making i've decided to add in some tools, 1 of which is a renamer based of a renamer app that already exists (called scdtoolz), i want to build my own version of it so i can learn some new things, and build a nice GUI version of it.[code]So what i have managed to determine is that the current app scans the folders contents for the CRC32 Checksum, and renames based of that, since the 456.bin's CRC32 Checksum was 2274F80B, and in the text file 2274F80B is found here 'WWF - Rage in the Cage (T-81015)(U)#2274F80B#'So now i have determined game identification is based of the CRC32 checksums, how would i go about coding a similar ap in vb.net?first i need to make the app scan a folder, but how to return crcchecksum? and then rename if check = XXXX? If MD4 sums are easier/simpler i can use those instead, im lookin at a few hash app sources now, so i think i can see how to get the md5 but not the crc32 yet, or how to rename the 2 files and folder based of the text file.

I am working with VB 2008. I want to be able to run this program say in N: and it will show me in an excel sheet the following:
Folder Path Size(GB) Count of Files
N:Clients 0.53 308
where clients contains subfolders and files and the size is the total of all those files within each folder and the count is the total within each folder also.
This works fine as it is but i have to select one by one the top level folders and some of them are huge so it takes forever to give me an answer.
1) I would like to see in my spreadsheet the following by only select the network drive n:
Folder Path Size(GB) Count of Files
N:Clients 0.53 308
N:Software 10.7 15430
N:Billing 0.98 105
2) I would also like to know if this is the faster method.
3) I tried adding a progress bar so that the user can have an idea of how much this will take but i had to remove because it was not working.
4) I would like to see the folder name, size of folder and count of files in the listview.
