I am trying to make an Image wrapper class or something. The reason for this is that I need to output a bunch of images only, without pictureboxes. I don't want an imagelist, because I need the images along with their associated image properties which an imagelist cannot provide. I ended up with this :

With a button click event, how do I make a picture box image property switch to a random image from the resources folder?
View 1 RepliesI made a picture box and imported an image named Title.jpg. Later I made adjustments to the picture and imported it again without deleting the original(mistake). The new one had the name automatically changed to Title1.jpg. So I deleted the original image from resources and renamed Title1.jpg back to Title.jpg.
Now I got two problems. First, only Title.jpg is on the solution explorer, but Title1.jpg(along with Title.jpg) still pops up on the resource list when I click on Image property of the picture box. There's only the name and no picture, and I don't see a delete option. How do I get rid of it? Second, even though I changed the image to the new Title.jpg in the picture box, the old one is displayed when running the app. What's up with that?
i have a image with four squares evenly spaced out. I want a picturebox's image to be one of the squares at a time so it's like a animation except it's only one image.

I accomplished the task of creating a picture viewer that finds pictures in a directory, adds them to a listbox, and displays them in a picturebox at intervals using a timer. Now, I am trying to achieve a similar task using an array in a continuous timer-display fashion so that after the last image the process starts over from the first image again

does anybody know how to put an image into a Byte array without specifying a format? I have a Listview with images downloaded from the internet and I want to save them all together to the hard drive as a single file, by using a structure. In order to do this I need to put the Imagelist images into a byte array. When the application starts I reload the images into the Imagelist again.

I am manipulating oval objects in a panel on a form, i.e. size, color, location, etc., using trackbars. After each change, I want to put all pixels in the panel into an array for sending to a slave display. Is there an easy, straightforward way to do this other than getpixel?
View 4 RepliesSuppose i have an image and i extract each pixel color and store it in a color array, is there any way by which i can save the color array along with the image? I was thinking about converting the color array to string and then integer and then append data to a text box, but then again i must store the text along with the image....and i dunno how to do that?

I am working on a PHP site at the moment that is having trouble reading that data to display the image, so I am attempting to not only save it to the DB, but also save it as a bitmap or other file type to the actual server.
How can I create an image file (not really picky on which file type) from the "arrImage()" data above?
and i need to convert the image into a text.now anyone thinking that i can just use ocr is unfortunatly wrong i have tried about 5 of them and they dont work because the text in the image is to small for it to recognise it.so i need to search the above image for a smaller image such as this.so by doing this if i get a result saying true then i will be able to go from be there and convert to text.now i know of two way to search an image for a smaller image. first is by going by pixel search and well i can get that to work but it is to slow.the second method is to convert the image to a byte array(beig an image it will be a 2d byte array) and convert the other image to a byte array and then compare.

Image1(0).ZOrder 0
