Pressing PrintScreen To Input Image Into PictureBox?

I am making a program to automatically save screen shots that I take, and I am having trouble with one part so far.The code to make it input the picture into the PictureBox1 after you press Print Screen on your keyboard, does not seem to work, no image ends up into the PictureBox.

In my space invaders game, you press start, which creates 15 pictureboxes. When I hit the spacebar, a bullet moves to the top of the screen. What code would allow me to make a picturebox invisible that isn't named yet?

I am making an application using VB.NET 2010 and I have set a background image which flickers every time I open any new Form or hit tab for jumping from textbox to textbox By pressing (tab) it only flickers once but always flicker when ever I close the form and open again. I have tried everything; background image set to, STRETCHED, CENTRE, ZOOM but still it's the same.

I drew an image in a picturebox with the image height as picturebox height and image width as picturebox width. The image is placed somewhere on the center of the picturebox. My intention is to scale the image to fit to the picturebox.

When trying to drag the image from the CurrentTilePicBox, the very moment I move the mouse while dragging the cursor becomes a circle with a cross and won't drag and drop into the new picturebox.

I have a Picturebox and a two Buttons on my Form. On click of one of the buttons I want to change the image in the picture box at runtime.
This works fine when I give the location of the image (the full path ) on my computer - but then of course it will not work if I use the solution on a different computer .
So I have made a folder named "Pics" inside my application and added two images into it.
How do I get to this local folder in the following code?
Picturebox1.image = system.drawing.image.fromfile (??? )
instead of the usual,
Picturebox1.image = system.drawing.image.fromfile ("C:UsersMyName My PicturesMyPicture.jpg" )

I'm trying to update pictures boxes with images of controls stored in an imagelist owned by a control. The images stored in the control.imagelist do not showup in the picturebox. I'm working on simplifying the code to post, but for now could use help.If I store the image in a member variable owned bythe control it woks fine.Something to do with persistance of images in control owned imagelist? It works fine, but the problem I have is when I press F12, it will take and input the picture into the PictureBox1, but if I try to clear it, and then do it a second time, it wont work a second time. i want to take a printscreen at my application when a msgbox it's in foreground..When the programs get into a catch block, i display a msgbox with the error to the user, and the user must click yes or no to send the info to the database..BUt to send the info to the database i need to take a printscreen to the error message with all info of what the user was doing in my program...
If i use a different thread to show the messagebox i only get the image of the messagebox, if i use the same thread i can't take the picture (if i can i don't know how).So i need some help to take a picture to the messagebox with my program in background and then wait for user response to the messagebox.

I found that code somewhere and I find it quite useful but I would like to find a way to make it work so it capture only the given window target. Maybe with a processID or Window Name. Even if that window is not active. I do not want to make that window active but want to get a screen capture like if I was doing Alt+PrintScreen on it.
