Scan Picture For Color And Mark It
Jul 23, 2009I'm trying to search a picture from a color or a color close to the original color and then mark it in the picture if it is in the picture. How can I do this?

Aug 20, 2009A way to scan to whole screen, and find a specific color on it - and after that move the mouse over the color.
This is what i would like the process like, so you guys can have a better idea:
1. A timer that scans the whole screen after a specific color every 5 seconds.
2. When the color appear on the screen, it'll move the mouse to the x, y.
3. After that I'll run some code (i'll hopefully find out of that myself)
I actually don't care how the color should be found. If it's a RGB it will be 255, 209, 102 it should look after. Or maybe it could scan the screen after a matching bitmap. And it's not just 1 pixel I want to find the color of, it's the whole screen I'll like to have scanned for the color, and if the color is found - the program should react.

It works fine for about 10-15 seconds and then I get an ArgumentException was unhandled error. So far this has happened on two different lines at separate times...

Dec 30, 2010i'm using VB 2010 and i'm trying to make a transparent images but without success .i draw 2 GIF pictures in Photoshop and save it as transparent.i put that GIF's in 2 pictureboxes on the form and the background of the pictures is really transparent, but when i try to put one picture in the top of the other one, the first picture cover the second one with the background color (and becuase it's transparent it's like the form color)

I solved this by iterating the DataTable with two nested for loops and comparing the values. While this works fine for a small amount of data, it gets pretty slow when the DataTable contains a lot of rows.My question is: What is the best/fastest solution for this problem, regarding that the amount of data can vary between let's say 100 and 20000 rows? Is there a way to do this using LINQ? (I'm not too familiar with it, but I want to learn!)

May 15, 2011In my application I have bound a datagridview to a SQL2005 bindingsource.I really had to change a database field (more length allowed) and now de DGV displays red exclamation marks and states: 'Colomn 'password' exceeds the MaxLength limit'. (the 'password'-colomn isn't even displayed, but that's a sidenote).I tried different things but can't get rid of the exclamation marks. how I can manage this. I really don't want to create a new DGV, because there a lot of code and stuff involved.

Dec 1, 2011I m making a chart using MS Charts. Now the chart has mark points from where i want to get the coordinates if user clicks on the mark points.
I want interactivity in the chart such that on clicking on the mark points i can retrive the cordinates (x-axis and y-axis) for the mark points.
For example for the graph:-
on clicking on the orange dots or blue dots i want to get the cordinates for that point,
