May 27, 2012I have got a problem with adding the listview items in the label, when I select the checkboxes in the listview I keep getting the same text to add in the label when one of the checkbox is ticked.

Jan 8, 2011I have a problem with the loops, I am trying to read for every items in the listview1 and I am trying to find the matches for every listview items in str.contains variable and extract every field id of delete.php for each matches. I can only get one match for the listview item. I want to find each listview items in str.contains variable and find for each matches then extract for the field ids.

How do i Iterate an unchecked item as the library doesn't have .UnCheckItems?
If its checked i need to add "true" to the string and if its unchecked i need to add "false" to a string that gets written to a textfile.
Clearing All Items From A List Viewer?
Nov 25, 2011I have a list viewer set up in one of my forms which contains data inside it which is filled in from a database. When I want to clear the list viewer, it clears all values in the list viewer except for the first row. Now, if I close out the form and re-open it, the list viewer is officially cleared.
The code I am using is: lsvDocuments.Items.Clear
Is there another way I can clear the list viewer completely without having to close the form and re-open it?

VS 2005 : Declaring Clearing Passed Values?
Nov 1, 2009I'm just learning VB and enjoying it, but I have run into a problem with a recent program. I am working with passing values. There is a button on my form that is pressed each time the user "votes" for an option. The problem is I'm declaring my variables in the button press action, then calling my subs/functions.
This seems to be re-declaring my variables each time the button is pressed causing the total counters to fail to increment. I wrote the code for a very basic example of what I am running into in my more complex program.

It works fine with small list, but when the list is big ( around 25000 rows), if I search multiple items , it fails saying that index is not valid. Obviously what I understand is , it it tryiong to remove an index does not exist. But I am unable to figure out where exactly it is going wrong.
