VS 2008 Calculate Delivery Charges Depending On Weight Of Item

i am making a progrom to calculate delivery charges this depending on weight of the item.i enter the weight of the item in a text box i need it to calculate the shipping cost, currently i have something like this but it is wrong. [code]
I am using Microsoft VB 2010. I am to calculate the charges for a parking garage. I was to use to a method to do the calculations and output the parking charges. My problem is that everything displays except for the charge... What am I doing wrong? Here is my code:
The company needs a system to calculate the charges for each load that they deliver. The loads consist of up to 10 different types of goods. Each item has an associated delivery charge. The system will allow the user to select up to 10 lines of goods and a quantity for each line of goods. It should then calculate the total delivery charge. It must add 20% VAT to this net total and show the gross total as well. The system should show a total number of items as well as the delivery charge. It must recalculate in real time (i.e. as soon as a quantity is entered or changed the totals should recalculate). There should be a facility to enter the delivery date and address as well. The delivery date cannot be entered as a date that has already passed.
I have a list box on the form which functions as a copy/paste. When you copy something, it is automatically added to the list box as a "clipboard helper". Here is the problem,however: if the text is more than 1 line, the list box does not show all the text.It ends up looking messy.So getting back to my question, is it possible to make the list box item height for an item depending on the amount of lines that item contains?This is a one line sentence in the list box and should take up one line.This is a multi line sentence in the list box and should take up two lines for item height.

I was thinking of outputting row by row to a html (file) table and populating qty,amount,final amount etc programmatically. And letting the user view and print that html file.

I am at a road block on how to print all of the items selected since last clear. A File menu should allow the user to print preview and print a document that contains the charges selected since the last clear including the total of all shipping charges selected When I click print preview I get the entire program screen, I need it to just show weight, zone and charges of everything I have selected.

So i have a program that is supposed to display charges for snowboard fees with and without boots. The charges are 20 for without and 30 with, and i have already declared them as constants. I have inputs for how many boards the user has.

I'm trying to add charges to the account, specified from a textbox and change the results of the balance.It works to a point, that it adds a number (1) and then when it comes to adding another number. it kinda remembers the previous one in addition to the next one Im adding to it.I'm working with class instances too, so if there is a problem with that, please point it out. I have a basic bubble sorting algorithm that can sort either A-Z or in numerical order with just the change of a "less than" or "more than". However, I have to use the code twice in order for it to sort correctly.

Anyway, if there is a way to do it, that'll allow me to have just one sort instead of having two sorts which use the same sorting algorithm, but just a different comparator.
I generate a print preview, the only thing is, if there is enough data to fill like 2-3 pages I don't know how to generate a new page. It only fills the first page and that's it....

most of the code it's just pulling data from database and printing necessary charges to the invoice, but if the invoice is more than 1 page then I don't know what to do because it only generates 1 page.
