But there are ALOT of labels (about more than 300) and typing them out (or selecting them in the menu) consumes alot of time. Is there anyway to put the rest of them? I have about 8 groupboxes with these labels that need to be changed (there is another one that doesnt need this) so they are labels inside of groupboxes.

Apr 4, 2009I've been following you for some time, and many of the things you've done have helped me a lot, but this time I got stuck and need the help of an expert.I'll explain my case:I'm developing an assistance programme for an online game, and being this the 10th version I release, I wanted to do something special for the users, so I decided to make the programme based on tabs and give it the aspect of a new skin of the game that will be released soon.
As you may have guessed from the Title, I want to change the gray that is arround the flat buttons and on all the border of the tabcontrol, which is docked to the form. Here is a picture of the programme.To colour the tab buttons I used the following

The problem is that I don't understand how to apply the "A Completely OwnerDraw TabControl" to my project, my knowledge isn't so far yet. Is there any way I can achieve the same results using something simplier? Or if not, could someone explain to me how to apply it without making any mistakes?

Jun 5, 2009I have added a custom Control to my project, but every time I edit it and rebuild the form that I use the custom control in adds the project name in front of the control and won't compile. i.e. Project name = MyProject, Custom Control name = MyControl. When I rebuild the project after editing my control I get an error, MyProject.MyControl doesn't exist. If I remove the MyProject from the line it compiles and runs fine until next time I edit the custom control.
I can't figure out what I would be doing wrong to cause this, or why it is putting the project name in front of the control, but then not accepting it. I am also struggling figuring out how to change the back color on an individual cell in an Datagridview Combo Box. The style.backcolor property of the cell doesn't seem to do anything.

What I need is for when you click on a label (for instance), the back color will change, BUT I also want it to change to another color (back to its original) when nothing is clicking it. I selected System->WindowFrame as my background color, but it always remains a dark grey, regardless of what I have my window color set to. How else would I achieve what I want? Jan 16, 2010I want to have my current row stand out as the current row by virtue of the background color.I also want my current cell stand out from the row color.
in other words i want to controll the background of the current cell as well as the current row, and have these colors different from each other as wel as the background from the non current cells.
I am getting confused with the notion of the current row vs the selected row.I have tried messing with the default row style.selectedbackgroungcolor as well as the same for the default cell style, but cant get it to work the way i want.
i can almost get it if i set the selection mode to full row, but then cannot get the current cell to have a different background color.
