VS 2010 - Textbox To RichTextBox With New Line On Click

I'm trying to make a tool that supposed to do the following.
When I type i.e. the number 12345678 in TextBox1 and click on Button1. The number should go to RichTextBox1 on a new line with the text:
There Are 12345678 Bannana
Now, when I fill in at TextBox1 12345679 and click on Button1, a new line should be added to RichtextBox1, making it:
There Are 12345678 Bannana
There Are 12345679 Bannana
And so on...
What ever I try I cant get this to work,
Im Stuck On another project.I Have a Read Only RichTextBox, and I Want to make it so when I click on a line of text in the richtextbox, that it selects or Highlights the whole line, and Just that one line.
I am trimming some lines in a RTB so I am putting the line into a string, changing it and then I want to replace the old one.[code]And when done simply replacing the original text with the fixed one.But id still like to know how to do it without this method.
I have a richtextbox in the form1 and I textbox in the form2 with a text example "hi, have a nice days" so I need to save this text into the richtextbox. So I need code in a button in the form2 for to save the text into the richtextbox in the form1.
The following code selects a line ina richtextbox. It works OK expect from one problem:
When a line is biger than the size of the richtextbox, it wraps it. This create a big problem as I can not select the last line of the richtextbox (when a line is wrapped it becomes two lines). When I set wordwrap to off it works just fine

To read any form's text (except RichTextBox) line by line I've always used this splitting
Dim Lines() as String = Split(TextBox1.Text, vbNewLine)MsgBox(Lines(0))This code just works perfectly.But whenever I try this code on a RichTextBox like this:Dim Lines() as String = Split(RichTextBox1.Text, vbNewLine)MsgBox(Lines(0))The message box appears with the whole lines.I think maybe the RichTextBox1.Text() returns another new line character (means not vbNewLine).
Basically what I want to achieve with this code is to read the text file and import the corresponding line to its textbox. But when i run this code BUT_A.text returns the value that is set for BUT_B on the textfile then any code after that doesn't import at all. Here's the code I am using for the open button (I'll be adding a OFD later)

I have strMyString that contains about 5000 lines of data. There are some lines of data that need removing if they contain a certain string, such as "http", "www.", ".com", "cat", "fish", etc. The whole line needs removing. Each line is separated by a vbNewLine or similar.
How can I do that? Does it need pasting into a rich textbox first before processing?
I am trying to read in a TextBox line by line and take the first 7 characters of each line and output everything in another TextBox.This is what I have so far.

a user copies multiple lines of text (say, from an email) into the clipboard. Based on my observations, when one tries to paste the text into a single-line textbox, only the first line is actually pasted in. (I am aware that the "obvious" solution would be to set the Multiline property to True, but there are reasons I am looking to avoid this and to put multi-line data into a single line.)
In the TextChanged event handler, I wrote code that parses the clipboard data to successfully convert it to a single-line, comma-delimited format.
