VS 2010 : Make The Combobox Get Values From A Website Using The Current Keyword They Have In The Box Already?

I'm trying to make the combobox get suggested values from a website using the current keyword they have in the box already. For example if I have O, it will show up values that the website has returned with O. The problem is how can I make it work where whatever I type into the combobox, it will get the values, set the datasource and make it show up. So far I have this:The problem is whenever I type something, I cannot get it to set it to the new datasource without the comboxbox becoming the first value in the data source.

Web browser question from stupid newb: How do you make the url of your current web page show up in the navigation combobox or textbox?The actual problem is when I go to a web page and click an internal link or use the back or forward button it only shows whatever the last webpage I keyed in and not the actual page I'm on.

So I've made a program in VB 2010, and it has three comboboxes and a button to view. Now lets say my first combobox is "Type of website". The options are "search engines", "social networking" and "news". The second combobox values would depend on what the first combobox value is selected, like if it was "news" the options would be "technology", "uk", "us", and "world".
The third combobox would then use the values in the first and second comboboxes to give even more values, for example if it was "news" and "technology" the values would be "engadget" etc. Then the view button would open the selected website in an internet browser. How would I code this?

I'm trying to make an invoice program, but i made only the form view (blush).
1. how can i make the combobox to read it's own values from a list, but a list in which i can add or remove items?
2. i need a field which is like autonumber in Access for the invoices'numbers and it has to increase it's value every time i push Button2
3. I used a datagridview to write the goods I will sell, but the last column has to show the result of (column1*column2) but it's always empty. I'm using VB 9.0.

What Im making is like a face book and tagged login from my app
1. I have Combobox with 3 urls in there ( Facebook.com Tagged.com and Bebo.com )
2. I have a Form2 with webbrowser
3. I have a Button when clicked it should open up my form 2 and preview of the website which I selected in my combobox in form1
All I'm trying to do is when I select lets say facebook in my form 1 and click load it should open up my form 2 with facebook website in it.[code]Now when I click my button in form 1 it will load Form2 ( named Explorer1) but my form2 is not showing me facebook or tagged page for some reason

1. When i inpute the month, it doesnt input it, it just makes the combobox on the website smaller for some reason
2. I cant get the email working because you must put your birhtday before it shows where to put your email, obviously fixing the first problem should fix this.
3. There are 2 radiobuttons on the website, for a boy and a girl and I have 2 radiobuttons in my form, however I have exactly no idea how to program it to change.

i think its hard to explain, but here we go.I have a combobox, where you should be able to add item (in this case colors/Hexcode selected from colordialog).So lets say we have 3 items in that combobox:and if you pick blue, the color blue should apper in a background color.I can only get names to work, but i cant find out how to store the hex value data.

Ive been trying to make a program that scans a website for the Forum directory mainly to learn about HttpWebRequest.I know that i need the url, and the request, so i set that up like this:

Dim request As HttpWebRequest = DirectCast(HttpWebRequest.Create(Url), HttpWebRequest)
and i set the Credentials to DefaultCredentials Now, How would i scan the directories?
i've tried
for response as HttpWebResponse = DirectCast(request.GetResponse(), HttpWebResponse)
logBox.Text = logBox.Text & vbNewLine & response.ToString()
next
but this has errors...Just trying to scan a site for multiple directories using HttpWebRequest.

i have a combobox and wish to assign multiple values if possible, eg is i select WESTERN EUROPE i would like the values to be: western europe OR western-europe AND Generic as the combobox is used to search for these strings within a listview (which is working fine for the combobox1.text but the listview sometimes has "western Europe" as "western-europe" and does not find it.

I am a student working in a co-op position. My project is to add a login page to an existing site (made using FrontPage, I believe) and I am using ASP.NET in vs2010 (VB). I would like to NOT use the login control/membership tools in ASP.NET. I was hoping to make my own login and use session variables to keep track of the users and determine their role off of a field in a table located in the database that currently exists for the site.
Like I said, I am still a student and haven't had a lot of web application experience. I'm not asking for someone to do this for me. I have spent a few days looking over the asp site, the msdn site, and several others but I just can't understand it yet.

I've got a webbrowser. It's prettey advanced, given that I've spent quite a lot of time coding it, and here is my code which will get the Favicon of the current website when a the webbrowser has finished navigating:
frmBrowser.BrowserTabs.SelectedTab.Icon = Controller.GetFavicon(Me.Url.Host & "/favicon.ico")
Sometimes, a user has switched tabs before the webbrowser has finished navigating. So my question is: Is there any way in which I can determine what tab the favicon belongs to and set it to that tab, rather than just setting the favicon to the selected tab?

I have an array of comboboxes on a form. They are declared at the beginning. I wish to make these global variables so I can access them in another form. This does not appear to work.
Code something like this:
