Mar 5, 2009I have two RichTextBox's; rtb1 and rtb2. I want to convert the contents of rtb1 to rtb2, but add a number at the start of each line.
So from:

To:

Jun 9, 2011numbering rows in datagrid. I have a column that should number 1,2,3 so on when adding a new row. When I delete a row, those numbers should re-number still to 1,2,3. So when I delete row 2, the row that's been added as 3 should now number to 2. Then when I add new rows, these should re-number again, and so on..

Auto-Numbering Primary Key In Access 2007 Database?
Aug 3, 2010When I add a new row to an access database, I would like the primary key to be automatically incremented and entered. I've got this to work using a sql database, but it doesn't work with access for some reason. The following code works if I give the code a value for "@key" which is my primary key column. If I leave it out I get the error "Number of query values and destination fields are not the same". I don't want to have to supply the primary key, I want it to generate automatically.

In the database the primary key is type "AutoNumber". Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

All of our components have these entries in the .vbproj files but they are completely out of sync with the AssemblyVersion and AssemblyFileVersion entries in the AssemblyInfo.vb files.

I need to maintain the text formatting while inserting a new entry.I have this issue solved although I am having difficulty with getting a new line between my new text and the prior existing text.Most solutions online presume you're working with rich textbox. text which accepts controlchars.lf, vbcrlf, and chr(10)... even chr(13) adds one single newline.How do i get the newline in rtf formatting?I prefer to have the new text entered at the top of the richtextbox as a user should see the latest update first.In addition, if this can be done more elegantly, I'm open for suggestions.Where you see controlchars.lf is where I want an rtf-based new line to show up. However lately I started using RTF editor control that allows you to insert images into rtf. Take them and insert them into a webpage(webbrowser1) witch is designed to deal with these codes(3 fields). To check if the codes is valid etc.
