Asp.net - Dynamically Create New Dropdownlist On Indexchange

I've a dropdownlist to start.
When the index change event of this first dropdownlist fires, I need a second dropdownlist (populated according the value of the first ddl).
It's ok to generate the second ddl but what about a third? I actually need it to be dynamically created (it should be able to create an infinite number of dropdownlist)
How can get the index change event of the 2nd dropdownlist, 3rd, 4th and so on?

I have a problem with DropDownList's SelectedIndexChanged event. when the value of district DropDownList is changed, it fires its SelectedIndexChanged event but it does not fill the licencee DropDownList. Also, when the value of dynamically created brandDropDownList is changed, it first fires the SelectedIndexChanged event of district DropDownList and then fills the licencee DropDownList. I am giving some code here so you can understand what I am saying.

I have a page that contains some dynamically created controls (TextBox and DropDownList). When a postback occurs, the TextBoxes keep their values, but the DropDownLists lose their ListItems. This is quite confusing, since the page level DropDownList also keeps its ListItems.

I have a window having 2 dropdowmlists(schemename-SN and propertyno-PN) , one chkbox ,one "VIEW" button.SN has options "all" with value=0 and many other options with respctive values.Now,i want the code should behaves as follows:
1.0n window onload, SN must b visible bt PN nt.
2.if i select SN other thn All...the PN shud b visible and if i select "All" ,PN hides.
3.when check box is checked- PN hides,and if it is unchecked- PN visible..
Important:-This whole ddl n chk box are in updatable panel,button is nt in that.I want a browser compatible code so javascript can't b used directly(cz they give problem in mozzila and chrome).Right now, i have done this JavaScript and its is working fine.

I have found a couple of examples on the internet to do this but really struggling to get it working in VB. (Tried a converter but had mixed results) I need the selection options of a Dropdownlist to be populated based upon the differing values in the first dropdown list.
Can anyone help with a releativley simple example in VB? Not fussed if the values are "hard coded" in the script. Or a SQL bit that pulls the data from a table

What I want is when the user clicks on the '+' button it add another 3 combobox and 2 buttons below the first, and so on and so on. I have a form with a textbox to enter a number and a button called "Create". When a user enters a number and clicks create the form gets populated with the number of buttons entered in the textbox and the title of the buttons are labeled by consecutive numbers. For example if you enter 5 the form will populate with 5 buttons labeled button1, button2, ...button5. When you click on these newly created buttons a messagebox will popup stating the buttons name. Basically I need to know how to create events and populate them with code I guess dynamically.

I want to monitor more than 10 folders on different machines by using SysTemFileWatcher. I create a class called Watcher for doing monitoring. So, for each folder I have to call that class once with a new thread. I want to name each thread with its own name like: T1, T2, T3 ... for easier controlling them. It is not nice if I declare each thread like:

I need to create a pdf file dynamically in vb.net. It needs to contain several images and lines of text. I am using VS 2003, so whatever solution I use will need to be compatible with the .net 1.1 framework. The current method I am using is wpcubed, but this requires that all images be converted to bmp format before adding them to the pdf, which can be extremely slow when dealing with a large number of images.
I am aware that there are an awful lot of other 3rd party products that claim to do this, and I have had a search through them. But without registering, downloading, installing and writing code to use each of them in turn, it is very difficult to differentiate between them. So far I have looked into evo pdf and pdfsharp,tallcomponents, [URL] but none seem to work with .net 1.1. (Although they don't make this abundantly clear.)

I have a project setup, where depending on a certain variable one of two controls will be used. Either the default webbrowser or the gecko control. Now I can load either one fine dynamically but I can't work out how to use either one depending on a variable result.To load the one I know I want is easy enough..
