The problem I am facing is, the reverse empty space for the header and side is too much.
Is there any possible way to reduce the empty space?
I have to fix header of table when i scroll down i want to see column header till the end of records. i made this but i am facing a problem. i fetch data from database that's a dynamic data so when i display that in table the layout gets odd. because if there is a column with more than 1000 words that will change its width while i mention table cell width with percentage. how i can solve this problem that header remain on the top and the layout will not be disturbed what ever data is. i do not want to use jQuery

I'm using the following code to populate a DataGridView with a worksheet. This is working fine, however, I'm unsure how I can get the Text from the page header. (not to be confused with the column header). Later in my code when I am exporting into an existing workbook with a new worksheet, I'm wanting to use the header text as the tab name. I get the following error: Databinding methods such as Eval(), XPath(), and Bind() can only be used in the context of a databound control. EDIT: NEVERMIND Egg on my face. I was getting this databind error because I was binding it somewhere else in an effort to troubleshoot my real problem from last friday but I forgot about it.
WHAT MY REAL PROBLEM IS: The usercontrol is getting bound before the properties get set so it appears as if they are never set. When stepping through I see that they get on the property is hit before the set on the property is hit. For example if I put <%# EVal("Address_ID") %> before the user control I will see the ID displayed but then the user control will display an emptydatatemplate because it is being passed the ID of 0.

Each bar has the same words, something like BSDEld 14-5-08. The words have nothing to do with the application and I'd rather not see them there. View 5 RepliesI am working with GDI+ to draw backgrounds for my forms. I have a main form with 4 tabs, which all flicker. There is a gradient background behind them (bitmap drawn in GDI+ at Form_Load). I have double buffering enabled in the following manner:

Everything on the form rarely flickers. The only times are when I am resizing, the numerous docked controls on my piece-o-junk netbook flicker momentarily, which is hardly noticeable. On a normal laptop it runs quite smoothly.The problem of which I speak is right on the headers of each tab (the white rectangle with text on it). When I move my cursor on or off of it, it will flicker. What is actually happening is that it is momentarily disappearing then re-appearing. This seems to be a control paint bug.I've tried the following override, without success.

I have a global header and footer that has a Database connection and a disconnection in the header and footer and need to convert this to ASP.NET - this needs to be done before any HTML is output and after any HTML is output for the footer.I cannot seem to find any easy way to do this, like in Classic ASP - if possible post an example or link to one instead of stating a given technique.
