Capture Mouseover Of An Individual Bar/datapoint In An ASP.Net Chart Control

I have a single series bar chart created programmatically in codebehind which I would like to display the Y point value (somewhere above the bar, or maybe as a tooltip) when the user hovers their mouse over a bar.
Is there a native onmouseover event for the bars of the chart, or is it something that should be added through series.MapAreaAttributes?
I've found the points.tooltip attribute which I can add at the same time I add the point which will do what I want it to do, but it would still be nice to know if you can capture events for the bars, just for future reference.

I'm having a hard time creating datapoints for a spline line chart. The information for the point comes from a label's text, so I try doing something like this:
Dim psj0 As Point
psj0.Y = CDbl(pm0Label.Text)
psj0.X = CDbl(vm0Label.Text)
psjChart.Series(1).Points.AddXY(psj0)

imagine an array of data containing a gray scale image and you want the bar chart (say 20x20) to display a section of that image as both the magnitude of the data and its shade of gray. if you were to look vertically down on the 3D barGraph you should see the section of the image. Is this at all possible? The projetc relates to clutter intensity in a radar image if this interests you.

I create several Labels using this code:

I know how to do click events but how how do i make an event for it that does something when the mouse hovers over one of the Labels?for example if the mouse hovers over a label it changes text color to RED...when mouse leaves it changes back to BLACK?

I have a chart in Excel that I'd like to use a subtitle on. There is no SubTitle Property on the chart object, so I looked in the Excel User interface and found that you can only create a sub-title by using a text box. The text box looks like its associated with the chart, not the worksheet, so how would I access that text box from code?

I have a simple pie chart that Im adding points to as follows:[code]However, in the chart, the legend text (or label text I believe its called) for the point I add are simply "Point 1", "Point 2", etc.. I can't figure out how to plot anything on this chart...finally got it to actually display a pie chart, now I'm trying to somehow bind a data source to it and from there, select the series data..I have added the database to the project as a data source but I don't know how to bind it to the pie chart. some other info: this db has 100's of tables and the program I'm working on is going to be a "status monitor" of sorts that will contain about 6-8 different types of charts all plotting different info for me in chart form.I want to bind this one data source to all the charts and just have them display different information (based on the sql query perhaps)

I have an application that has 4 WebBrowser control to monitor a commercial website. I would like each WebBrowser to be using its own proxy however it looks like the proxy setting affects all the browsers and cannot be set on an individual basis.
Is there a way to have individual proxies for each WebBrowser control?

I have a ListView with the columns 'Name', 'Expected', 'Total', and I want to add another column saying 'Recount' at the end. The 'Recount' column will ideally have a checkbox only if the 'Expected' value is larger than the 'Total' value.
So far I have got the ListView with columns and can add a check box on the left hand side, but that check box is not under a column heading (though I can probably put another column with no values in there to work around that) and it is on all of the records.

I want a context menu strip to have 4 specific items. For testing purposes, we call them Item1, Item2, Item3, and Item4.I've set up a context menu strip like this, and I am using it for about 20 different controls. I want these four items to do different things based on what control the user right clicks. The only way I could think of doing this, was to make 20 context menu strips and create a click event for each item. This obviously, seems like a really bad way of doing it.Does anyone have any suggestions or another way of making the click events for the individual Items based on what control is right clicked?

I can draw a graph with MS Chart Control 6.0 in VB.net. But I can not save it.I write the code:

But whenever I use one of the flowwing commands: clipboard.GetData, Clipboard.GetDataObject,...I get the error: Exception of type 'System.ExecutionEngineException' was thrown?how to save the graph?

I've just started checking out Chart controls for VS .NET. I've downloaded and installed MS Chart Controls for .NET Framework 3.5 and ZedGraph.I'm trying to decide which would be my best choice. In VB6 I used RMCharts and liked it alot.
ZedGraph, like VS2005, is made to work with .NET Framework 2.0 and seems user friendly. Alot of my clients are still using XP machines without .Net Framework 3.5.

How to programmatically change foreground color and make bold text in individual cell location on DataGridView control (Visual Basic)?
I use "dgMatrix.Rows(r).Cells(c).Value = x" to assign individual numeric values to individual cells in a DataGridView control. My question; is there a similar way to change foreground color and make bold the text in this cell, by specifying the individual row/column cell location?
For example; for cell (row 3, col 5) in the DataGridView make text in cell say red and bold or blue and bold so as to highlight and distinguish individual cell contents. As needed, I will also need to reset these properties (foreground back to automatic/black and font from bold back to regular); the reset could be done globally to the whole DataGridView as opposed to indiviaually by cell.

So in this program that I've made, I have 5 tabs. One of them uses this chart control for .NET ver 3.5 that I downloaded from the Microsoft website. The issue is, though, that when I start the program, everything is fine until I click on the tab with the 3 charts on it. The tab freezes a little bit, and it takes a few seconds to load the charts. After this initial hiccup everything is fine, but I've tested this on three computers now and it happens to all of them. Anyone know what I can do to make these charts load faster or smoother? This is quite a roadblock.because otherwise I'd be done I've been working on this project in VB.NET for the past 3 weeks and it's my first time using the language. So far every single one of my questions on here has been answered and all within a day or two

I have asp.net chart intervel issue. I am feed data to chart like below
X1 Y1 X2 Y2
100 907 500 2395
100 745 500 2343
100 760 500 2403
Each row is a series in the chart.
In am iterating each row in code and making new serie and adding to chart
series1.Points.AddXY(dt.Rows(i)(0).ToString, dt.Rows(i)(1).ToString)
series1.Points.AddXY(dt.Rows(i)(2).ToString, dt.Rows(i)(3).ToString)
Chart is coming like it is fine. Now I want make interval like 100,200,300,400, 500 (500 is max of the graph). I tried Chart1.ChartAreas(0).AxisX.Interval = 100, It did not worked out.
