Cross Reference The Source Data Value E.g. 1 To Display The Text "Not Hispanic" From The Cspopup Table?

I have several combo boxes that have a single Dataset and separate Table Adapter and Binding Sources to fill them.One combo box I have lists the Hispanic Origin of the client.The Data Source is bsCSpopup_HispOrg, the Table adapter name is taCSpopup_HispOrg.Below is the Table Adapter query if you can call it that and selects only the codes I want to fill the combo box

I am doing just fine loading the dispay text when the form loads, and saving the data to the client table, but, when I load the clients values, how do I cross reference the Source data value e.g. 1 to display the text "Not Hispanic" from the cspopup table.
I Have a c++ program that is already completed but has no ineterface. So What I am trying to do is translate the c++ code over to Visual Basic, which is trickier than I thought. I need to browse for a text file, cross reference that with a csv file which will match IDs and replace in the text file, outputting to a textbox to save

I'm trying to display the results in datagridview,i drag from the data source in vs 2008..I can't figure out to do that.I use this code to set the @param on form_load event.
I currently have this working already for one of my combo box's, but when i try to use the same code i get this error ''There is no row at position 6.'' . The are 2 fields in the table asset_type_id, asset_type_name', im trying to dispaly the values in a combo box for the field 'asset_type_name.

I don't know what this is called so I've struggled to find an answer from google but I have a vague memory of it from t'old days.I've sub-classed (* see below) about 8 framework controls, overriden some properties and added some functionality into each one.The changes I have made are identical in every case. If I make a change, I have to go through each class and apply the same change there.I was hoping there may be a keyword such as <IncludeSourcefile "common.vb> that I can put into each class.
(* note) I use the term sub-classed but I don't know if that's the correct terminology. I've also seen it used for call-backs. Is sub-classed the correct term to use?

I'd like to bind my textbox into two (column)from different table is it possible to do this? I already know how to bind (one-to-one) controls and table.
I'm working on a VB Winform project using Visual Studio 2008. The form's controls are all bound to a bindng source and a binding navigator which are tied to a dataset class. When the form is displayed, the first record is displayed as well. However, one of the controls (Radio button) is not showing the correct data from the data set. However, if I navigate to the next record and move back to the first, the radio button properly displays the correct information, so it appears the binding source is working the way it is suppose to.

I have inherited an application at work that someone else started creating, right now about 1/2 of it is functional and is in use. My problem is that it is all done in 2.5 ?? and I am trying to step through it all to figure out how it works. I have always created my own binding sources, adapters and data tables.
One of the things I need to do is add a field to the fm_fieldman_master data table. I add the field in the db (SQL Server 2005)table, I come into VS and refresh the datasource, I then add the field to the fm_fieldman_master data table and the Fill,GetDAta() query I go into the designer and create all the attributes for the combo box

Would I need to do a RegEx to get every word in the textobox? Or should i just use a listbox and do a for each I as item in listbox1.items?
If I'm extending OnCreated for a LINQ to SQL table object, is it possible to get a reference to the data context to which the table belongs? For example, if I add a property to the data context:

I don't want the property on the data context to be Shared, because it could be different per instance. I've been pouring over the designer code to figure out where the reference might be, but no luck yet.
I have a login form that consists of 2 text boxes: txtUser, txtPass. Now these are not bound to any data table & I don't what them to be bound. When a new user enters his user name & password, I want to add these on a data table that has two columns: User, Pass. Data table information: Data Source = Login.accdb, Data table = LoginTable, Connection = LoginCn. I use visual basic 2010. So how do I do this?
Was researching this but could only find how to use a datagrid which is displaying from a database? I currently have a for loop which goes through a 2d array and prints out all the things I want into a textbox but, what I want is to be able to have a table and print the things I want into rows and columns instead. I am new to VB.NET in Java it was just a matter of creating a table and a table model and loading the data through that way but not sure how to do it in .NET
I have Form1 and DataGridView which shows the first COLUMN of the sql table.
