Based on these three values, i need to auto-populate the 4th field.I have planned to implement this in the following way.Write a separate class file with a function to calculate the possible values for the 4th fields based on 1st 3 inputs. This function can return some where between 1-10 values. So I've decided to use drop-down for 4th field, and allow users to select the appropriate value.Call the above function in onchange function of 3rd field and take and use the return values to populate the 4th field. I'm planning to get the return values in array field.(Does this need a post back?)

I have a query I'm using to identify a group of contracts that have expired. The query has a ContractID, Status, Start Date and End Date. For each contract, I need to go to a directory and search for a file to import. That part works just fine, but how can I put a qualifier in to check for contracts that have the same start and end date? Do I need to create a multi-dimensional array for this or can I use the query I have? The part in bold text is where I need to identify identical start/end dates. Comments identify pieces to be developed and message boxes to help me confirm what's happening as I run the code:

It works ok when filter is on other fields but brings empty on 'CallDate' date field. I have declared the 'CallDate' field in db as long date format in Access.
I'm calling some data from my Oracle table and I have a field which is called 'image1' which is a BLOB field.

My client wants that my table be filtered based on the values from a field regardless of its order.
Example: I want to search for a student whose surname is 'Thomas' but the keyword is not the first in the field. The 'Surname' field, instead, contains the value "Ian Thomas".
If I am going to use this code;

It will base the searching on the first characters of the field only.
I have a query in Access 07 that identifies the following fields: ContractID, status, start date and end date. I am trying to limit this list to rows which have unique Dates and unique quantities in LINQ. I want to remove items with the HIGHER priority leaving rows with unique dates and qty's.
I have tried several group by's using Max and order by's but have not been able to get a result.
Is there any way to do this via linq?

I have a project which contains reports and datasets. When I compile my project I don't want it to include the reports or datasets.So I can exclude them from the project. Fine.
But that also removes them from SourceControl, so then I have to check all my work back in. Which takes ages over my VPN.
