Compare Field Values Based On The Value In An Array Using Access07?

I have a query I'm using to identify a group of contracts that have expired. The query has a ContractID, Status, Start Date and End Date. For each contract, I need to go to a directory and search for a file to import. That part works just fine, but how can I put a qualifier in to check for contracts that have the same start and end date? Do I need to create a multi-dimensional array for this or can I use the query I have? The part in bold text is where I need to identify identical start/end dates. Comments identify pieces to be developed and message boxes to help me confirm what's happening as I run the code:

I have a query in Access 07 that identifies the following fields: ContractID, status, start date and end date. For each contract, I've been able to search a network share and upload its corresponding file; however I need to skip the import and write a record to a table for contracts with the same start and end date. I've included a placeholder (in bold below), but how do I make the date comparison work? Do I need to create a multi-dimensional array for that or can it be done with the code I have?

I have an array with 35 "cells" each with a value. ( CheckValue(34) ) Now i want to compare all values with eachother to find out wich 7 of they are the biggest. Is there any easy way to to that?

I have a stored procedure (I cannot edit) that I am calling via linq.
The stored procedure returns values (more complex but important data below):
Customer Stock Item Date Price Priority Qty
--------------------------------------------------------
CUST1 TAP 01-04-2012 £30 30 1 - 30
CUST1 TAP 05-04-2012 £33 30 1 - 30
CUST1 TAP 01-04-2012 £29 20 31 - 99
CUST1 TAP 01-04-2012 £28 10 1 - 30
I am trying to limit this list to rows which have unique Dates and unique quantities in LINQ. I want to remove items with the HIGHER priority leaving rows with unique dates and qty's.
I have tried several group by's using Max and order by's but have not been able to get a result.
Is there any way to do this via linq?

Managed to convert brad-rem's answer into VB.net.
Syntax below if anyone needs it:
returnlist = (From p In returnlist
Order By p.Qty Ascending, p.Priority
Group By AllGrp = p.Date, p.Qty Into g = Group

I am trying to display value of the field ("UserID") for every row exists in datatable to checkboxlist(make the checkboxlist item selected).

how i can implement below requirement using asp.net and vb.net.I have three fields in a form which are filled by users. Based on these three values, i need to auto-populate the 4th field.I have planned to implement this in the following way.Write a separate class file with a function to calculate the possible values for the 4th fields based on 1st 3 inputs. This function can return some where between 1-10 values. So I've decided to use drop-down for 4th field, and allow users to select the appropriate value.Call the above function in onchange function of 3rd field and take and use the return values to populate the 4th field. My task is, I need to compare the classes in the subject. Sub A with class 1, class 2, class 3 have to compare with Sub B and Sub C. if classes from Sub A exist in Sub B then the output is 0, if not the output is 1. then Sub A again will compare with Sub C and the rest. After Sub A compare its value with other subject. Sub B will start comparing with all the subject and so on.

I have a program that will compare an array of grocery list items glist and an array of coupon item clist.When I compare the two and if there is a match somewhere in the array I want to have a picturebox visible.When there is no match, I want the picture box not to be visible. [code] The code seems to work great until I come to the else statement.When the code finds a match it displays the picture box and the msgbox without error, but as soon as the message box is cleared, even though i've input it as an ELSE statement, the picturebox goes false again.Does anyone have any idea of how I can "hold" the picturebox to stay visible while the match between the arrays exists?

I have a datagridview and trying to filter recs based on a Date field. This is the

My client wants that my table be filtered based on the values from a field regardless of its order.
Example: I want to search for a student whose surname is 'Thomas' but the keyword is not the first in the field. The 'Surname' field, instead, contains the value "Ian Thomas".
If I am going to use this code;
bindingsource.filter = "surname Like '" & textbox1.text & "'"
It will base the searching on the first characters of the field only.

I have a tblVersion that contains the versions of my application:
VersionID Version
VersionID is a bigint primary key, version is a ntext column that holds the current version... I want to be able to pick the row that has the highest version number, but version could be in this format:
MyApplication 1.0.1
If I try to convert that to a int32 it will throw an exception obviously. I would like to know if some of you have a idea how to solve this issue. I could of course make sure the column will only contain numeric values but this gives a little more flexibility.
