Html - Get A ContentPlaceHolder In ASP.NET To Fill The Page?

I have a Master page and many, many pages that use it. On one or two of the pages, there is not enough content to fill the entire page. This causes the footer to appear near the middle of the screen and the background to be visible at the bottom of the page. I would like to know if it is possible to have the ContentPlaceHolder automatically generate white space to force the footer to the bottom of the page. I have looked through the code of the master page and did not see anything that was forcing the size of the ContentPlaceHolder. I also checked the two pages that I am having the issue with and did not see any explicit size declaration.
I have a normal winform and I would like to know is there any possibility to generate a html page and to add a css file to the html page from the local folder.
I am new to ASP.Net and am trying to set up some content pages to work with my master page.I currently have the following text hardcoded into an asp:contentplaceholder and it works just fine. I want to read lines in from a text file to produce those headlines and retain the current formatting. I tried using the tag i need each line as a separate tag. Below is the code in the content place holder. Id like to have this done in the Page_Load or the pre Init.[code]
I have HTML template which has empty forms. How can i fill these forms from Winform? Should i create a new class called CreateInvoiceHTML which creates invoice programmatically?
I haven't done this before, i need some quick ideas to make sure i don't go to the wrong track.

What reference is needed to to replace 'WebBrowser1' so that the Current browser window can be accessed, be it IE or Firefox, so that the same could be achieved?

I'm working on a project in Visual Basic 2008, a web browser, and I've been looking up how to fill in an HTML textbox, fill in a check box, and click a button, I haven't found anything that works. So I know the names of the textboxes, that I want to fill, the check box that I want to have clicked, and the buttons I want clicked, how would I do this?

I have successfully navigated to the page I want and now I need to know how to fill in text boxes on the page. I used SendKeys.Send before but that was when the first box was already selected. I can't seem to get the box selected by tabbing at all. I can find the textbox id if that helps.
I have managed to automate the following page: https://post.craigslist.org/atl/S/msg/none/x and even click the "Continue" button, but I noticed that my vb 2008 program is creating an infinite loop and tries to click "Continue" buttons on following pages. I only want my program to click the continue button once, fill out more data on the next page and then click another continue button on a later page. But I need the following code to end on the first page before I can continue coding for the following pages so that the web browser doesn't go crazy.Here is the code that I am using and not sure if this is called an infinite loop, but that is what it seems to be doing:

The thing is i need the program to click on a button on a website then open a new tab with the page it just clicked on, fill in email and click submit, then fill in the info that is above before pausing. Basically, when the user click Print button, it will print out the page after select the data from database, all the codes works fine, but i am having the problem to fix all the data into one page,is there anyway for me to fix all the data to one page during printing using vb/net code?

I am trying to create a website that will take input from user, and when user clicks submit, it will run the asp.net file which will take the data and place it into a MS Access Table. I have created the html page, the asp.net file and the db. But when user clicks Submit, a pop up comes up that asks user to either open, save or cancel the asp.net file. What am I doing wrong.
