Moving Data Fron One Listview To Another?

I have a list view with 2 columns and I want to move the data in the 2 columns to another list view but here is the problem. The other list view hass 4 columns. the frist 2 columns are for the first record I selected and the other 2 columns are for the second record. It will be like vs, like if you have record a,b, c,d and you select record a and click the button awill be on the first 2 columns and if then you select record c and click the button it will be a vs c but then I will need to be able to to that with the records remaining on the first listview. I created the following view

Now what I suppose is that, After I entered something in "Comment" field and press the Key "Enter", the next row of the "Comment" field will get focus.
I added the following code of the event "PreviewKeyDown", but it seems that the next whole row will get focus not only the "Comment" field...

I have a vb-2008 program that contains a (listview) control.
View = details
AllowColumnReorder = true
Lets say the table has 3 columns (a,b,c) and 1 row of data.
a b c
1 2 3
I want the user to be able to re-arrange the columns (by dragging the column headers) before printing the contents of the table.
c a b
3 1 2
Statements like:
.. ListViewX.Columns(2).Text
.. ListViewX.Columns.Item(2).Text
.. ListViewX.Items(0).SubItems(2).ToString
Give the column-name (c) and cell-contents (3) of the origional table .. not the (3rd) column (b) of the re-arranged table.
How can i get the column-name and cell-contents of the (3rd) column of the re-arranged table?

i am developing a point of sales system. currently i have my product code scanned and displayed in a listview. lets say that i have 5 product codes displayed in my first listview. By clicking on a button, how can i use these codes to call upon the details (prices, product name, etc.) of the corresponding codes and display in another listview?
i am using Visual Basic 2008 and MsAccess as my database. who have the idea on solving my question. (As my last thread has not been answered at all..

I'm working on a project and I would like to take some data from one table and put it into another... lets say total of 19 columns in table A 6 of which I need to move to table B which has lets say 10 columns. (I'm at home and don't have the actual tables infront of me at the moment). Can I use the DataSet from Table A to populate Table B or do I have to do something else in the middle?
Table A
TableAId , FirstName , MiddleName, , LastName , Dob
TableB
TableBId , First Name, Last Name
So I want to move First Name and Last Name from table A to B.SELECT FirstName, LastName FROM TableA is what the SQL statement would look like for the set (obviously making this simple)

or when i click any record in datagrid, then the current record of dataset also should move to clicked record of datagrid, so that i also may see datagrid's clicked record in textboxes
in short i want to use default feature of vb6's ado control, when we bind datagrid with ado control, it worked autometically, both data grid and adodc wer connected each other at a time, so that moving next record also apears in datagrid.

I am updating my last post so hopefully someone will help. I have following code that will move a cell to the next column when hitting the enter key while doing an edit. It will even check the row at the last cell to validate data is present.
However, if there is no data in a cell and I press enter, the focus moves to the next line like it normally does. I need to prevent the user from moving or clicking on any cell until the cell they are on has data in it. Here is the coe I have used[code]...

I have a PC with sql server 2005 express, my application works with it great, is it possible to install another copy of my application to a laptop that will move around and wont have access to the data all the time. trying to find something like SQLCE has(RDA)so it can see the data make changes and when it returns it submits all the changes. Is this possible and how can it be done.

Currently I have two tables in a Database (Temp, Main), currently I have four fields in Temp(ID, Qty, LastDate, AddRem), and Three in Main, (ID, Qty, LastDate). I have the program set up to enter in all the information minus AddRem into Temp, then my thought was to either tag the item to remove, or add to the Main table. I'm assuming this could be done by import then update, however every avenue I've attempted has been meet with Exception errors.For the add/remove field it is linked to a Combo Box, which brings me to my other question, how would you link a specific field to say hey if it's this option then add, and if's the other remove?

Given this illustration and basic code, how do I dequeue and draw the data that has been inserted into the User Control's Preperty queue? The graph/chart will need to show anywhere from 1 to 120 seconds of data, with each second representing electrical waveform data that arrives each second with a variable amount of sample data..The timer interval will have to vary with the amount of incoming data so that it shows a continuously moving waveform from right to left and the rate of drawing keeps up with the amount of data arriving. (so the queue doesn't get backed up)

I've pretty much just started in playing with Visual Basic Studio 2010 and have been using this site for lots of answers so thought I'd join up and harass more directlyI've been trying to move items between two lists, one is databound to a bindingsource, the other isn't. I found out that you can't really move items from databound lists, but you can remove from the datasource instead. This works fine until I want to move the item back - it fills a blank line with seemingly no data.

my last question got a bit complicated so i am going to do this one in bits.A listview (listview1) has 4 colums.The 1st colum contains a ur of an imagel, when pressing a command button i need it to take the url and make picturebox1 the image.Then go to colum 2, take the text as string and make label1.text the string.Then the same with the 3rd colum, but make label2.text the string of the 3rd colum and 4th.[code]

what i want to be able to do is when i double click on a selected row i want all the details in that row to appear in another form so that i can edit them.

I have 2 listviews that serve different purposes. Short question is that I need to find out how to pull specific columns from a WPF listview to add them to properties of an object.
Listview 1:Bound to a database table. A user changes a combo box in order to filter the table that the listview is bound to.
Listview 2:This listview is bound to an observable collection with 3 properties.
User action:The user selects a subset of items from Listview 1 and clicks "add". I want to add specific columns of listview 1 to the properties of an "employee" object and then added to an observable collection so they can be displayed in Listview 2.
What I have completed:The databinding of listview 1 and listview 2 work perfectly. I have an employee class with 3 properties (agent id, name, office). I created an observable collection that I will be adding the employees to - IM FINE with this part.
What I need:I need to know how to find the specific data of listview 1 in order to assign the correct pieces to the corresponding properties of the objects in my observable collection.
My attempt is really an epic fail.. I will loop through all selected items to get the data from each, but for my try I only used the first selected item:
Class windEmployee
Private Agents As New ObservableCollection(Of Employee)
