I am trying to project a line from the corner of picturebox2. Program has several issues but the biggest one is: I get the line to draw from the corner when drawing to the form but when i try and draw to picturebox1 it is not even close to the corner of picturebox2.

View 1 Replieswe were asked to create a game.Me and my friend decided to go ahead and make the game 'Snake' (I think you all know this one)Since we never had any teaching on how to do it we looked already made games and used the same code (we found this one on a Youtube tutorial so I think it was alright to copy it).We picked it because it seemed pretty easy and we can tell what each thing does in the code.I also like fooling around so I changed all he values and stuff so I understood better what was going on.The game goes great but sometimes when the snakehead touches the food it doesn't 'eat' it and I don't know why :This is the part of the code that takes care of eating the food.(PictureBox2 is the snakehead, PictureBox15 is the food)

I need to read Line by Line from a .txt file stored on c:ext.txt. the file has 10 lines which must be read one at the time, random and never the same line. Once this reaches the then line a messagebox should display done and clear the program. What I am stuck is the random part and how to display the random line.

I am busy with a project converting VS2005/2008 sln files.
I am quite far but have came acroos a problem with my source code.
I have found the files I need to change, I have changed them to the version that I need.
I now need to read the files back into my program and delete the line I have changed as it contains project numbers that are irrelevant. Then I need to save it.
I have got as far where I have searched for lines that begin with 'Project'. I have changed this also so it's now a question of reading the files in, Deleting the line with the 'Project' number and saving them.

For a Vb.net 2008 desktop application that I was just assigned to work on a new workstation, i am getting only the following compile messages:Warning 1 Use command line option '/keyfile' or appropriate project settings instead of 'AssemblyKeyFile'
Error 20 The command "C:racEnroll.app1inDebug\Enroll.app1.exe Debug" exited with code 1. Enroll.ALtot.I know the two lines are related since I have not signed the total application. The file in the 'AssemblyKeyFile' is no longer needed for this application since it is not used. Thus, can you tell me what I can do so the assembly key file is not used? If best, what can I do to get this application tio compile with no errors?

I am trying to make a rectangle that can be resized by the userby clicking and dragging the edges/corners of the rectangleTypically, if the mouse enters the rectangle region, then smalladjustment boxes should appear at the corners of the rectangleand also at the middle of the rectangle's edges (to allow the userto drag and resize the rectangle). you know how you can set the windows taskbar to appear and disappear when the position of the mouse is all the way at the bottom? i want to do the same thing with my form when the mouse is in the top left corner of screen.or perhaps you can suggest to me a different way to do this. the user will probably just need to set those trackbars just several times during their usage.
