Put Align A Treeview Control In A Nav Div To Prevent It From Pushing A Content Page Down?

I have an annoying problem with tree-view control in asp.net VB, it pushes the content page area down when branching out the menu.I have created the proper divs to separate the various sectionsMaster page is very basic:-

I have a master page called SampleMaster.master and this page contains a Repeater control
The Repeater control will be used to display the relevant tags associated with each content page and the tags will vary between content pages
The data extraction method Tags.GetTags() is working but I do not know the best approach to populate the Repeater control in the master page dependent on what the content page is.
Would the code reside in the masterpage page code behind or the content page code behind?

Then I progressed to using the tabcontrol and multiple tabpages to group associated data for manipulation.I'm thinking the treeview control could be used to create a slick options page, however with the previous methods all the controls were drawn in design time, making it easy to edit events/properties etc.., I can only think using a treeview control on a single form that controls would need to be added programmatically/dynamically.

I'm attempting to populate fields in a processing webpage [URL] and having a small problem.
I can add the email and antenna heights easily but how do I manipulate a file browser (file upload) and option input boxes (Antenna Type) from within my vb app?

The thing is i have a Master page and a Content Page. I have a LoadComplete in Content Page and a PreRender in Master Page. The problem is one of my htmlcontrols on content page i change on the LoadComplete event server side of the content page. I also have some code for disabling controls on the Master Page PreRender event. For some reason all controls on the aspx side go through the Master Page prerender except the ones that i change on the LoadComplete side. How can i make sure the entire content page loads and then the Master Page PreRender event is called, making all the controls go through that event.

I have a page that add Items to RadioButtonList with this code :

When I click in any button in the same page, the entire page reload and it display 8 items in the RadioButtonList, If I click for the second time I get 12 items in the RBL...How can I prevent the page to reload if I click in this button. ?

i have a page called a1.aspx, with the Masterpagefile = a1_master.master. Now the master page has its own divs and images for design purposes. I have an web application of 200 web pages and all has a single master page. Most of the content pages use AJAX controls so most of content pages has its own ScriptManager. Now I have a requirement to add a link with HoverMenuExtender control and for that I need to put ScriptManager in the Master page, but it is working only in the content pages where there is not ScriptManager.

I am writing a kiosk type application, in winforms (I know WPF would be better, this is just to be a rough and ready solution until I've learnt WPF), using VB.Net (VS2008).I have a label on my form with the font set to Segoe UI, and at 120pt size (yes it's large, it's designed to be read from a distance on a 42" screen).The problem I have is that the automatic internal padding is pushing my text 60 pixels from the top of the control to the top of the text and 40 pixels from the left of the control to the left of the text - the label1.padding property is all at 0, so this is the default spacing of the control - it seems to be particularly bad with this font (but it's the font I want to use) and if I increase the font size, this issue gets even worse.
I want my text to fit tightly into the boundaries of my control top, bottom and left (I want the right to expand depending on the length of the string in it, though). How can I achieve this (so that I can control all of the paddding myself using the label.padding property) and get rid of this automatic padding?

I've a treeview in my project form which look like this.
-Cover Page
-Video1

The user will be able to upload their pages to the respective pages nodes and I am suppose to make it in such a way that after the user uploaded the cover page which is showing at the PictureBox1 which I've use to display the image, and when he uploads the second page image at the PictureBox1, the Cover page image that he uploaded earlier on will not be overwrite.
I was told to create class and use array to store the contain in the respective nodes but I do not have any idea how to do it.

I am working with adding up user's scores based on their checks in a CheckBoxList. Every time a user checks a box, a value, X, is added to the overall score. When a user unchecks a box, a value, X, is subtracted from the overall score. No problems here.
The problem that I am having is that using the AutoPostback option in the CheckBoxList properties forces the page to load back to the top instead of staying where the user was situated, which means that they have to keep scrolling down after each check/uncheck. Is there a way to prevent this?

I need to get the contents of a page (which is just an image) like http://11.11.11.11/code.aspx?product=33 but only ip:22.22.22.22 has access to that file. Therefore I need to be able to do it from my pics.aspx file on another server like http://22.22.22.22/pics.aspx?code=33 So far I have this script below, which can get the ?code=33. Now all I have to do is retrieve the contents of http://11.11.11.11/code.aspx?product=subKeys(Counter2). I have worked with PHP in the past so I don't know what I'm doing with asp.

I have created a windows form application which goes through Internet Explorer index.dat files and extracts various information (URL's , date they were last accessed etc). I then display this information in a data grid view. From here i would like to be able to click on a URL link and open the web page without activating any active content (such as java script, activex, viruses etc). I have tried to do this using Internet explorer in 'offline mode' with the problem being if the web page requires an online connection it automatically changes Internet Explorer from 'work offline' to online mode. Is there a way around this problem? Or does anyone have any suggestions on a better way to view the web pages with no active content?

I have a form with a update panel. This posts the form and validates it. Returning a errorMessage string of any invalid field such as "Field xyz is a required field, Field abc needs to be a quantity" When I enter incorrect date it posts back fine and displays the text in a div at the bottom of the page which the update panel is aimed at to update. (and only this it should be changing)This works but the second time I hit say (say i enter invalid data twice) the Complete form will disappear leaving me with just the banner of the site and the error message that is returned.

I have a UserControl that contains other controls that I would like to be able to rearrange or resize at design time. So I have a custom designer for the UserControl that inherits from System.Windows.Forms.Design.ParentControlDesigner, and I call EnableDesignMode on the child controls from within the designer. That way, at design time, I can drag and drop the child controls to move them, or resize them. But I can also drag and drop the child controls somewhere else on the form that is outside of the original UserControl. Is there a way I can limit the child controls from being moved or resized outside the UserControl?
