I am trying to convert one of my unix text files to a dos text file. I am using the following command:

I've already added the unix2dos command in my environment path on the server.But when I execute the above mentioned command I get a FileNotFound exception even when the file is located on the disk.
I'm developing a very simple app that does nothing more than launch two other apps. I'm developing this under the .NET 2.0 framework for WinCE 5.0 in VS2005.No matter what I do, I keep getting file not found exceptions not handled, and the program crashes. (Yes I should probably have a try/catch block, but this isn't the issue.)

The irritating thing is after getting and displaying the full path (I know it's there) I check with the first IF to prove to the program it's there. No problem.I then use the second IF to prove to the program that the executable is there, and change the label output on screen to prove to myself the code is executed. The label changes. The file is there.
Then when I run the program, File not found exception. It's driving me insane. I've tried in multiple OSes (Vista and CE 5.0), I've tried in directories with spaces and no spaces, I've tried using Process.Start() and setting up the file details through the info command.I've tried putting a path in there directly instead of using variables. I've tried wrapping the whole kit and kabodle in quotes like this Shell("" & fullPath & strDrivePath & "" ) and like this Shell("""" & fullPath & strDrivePath & """").I've searched high and low on forums around the globe, including multiple threads here and I just cannot get it to work.
I'm trying to catch a user defined permission exception - i.e. a user does something their level of system access won't allow, permission exception is thrown. I have a large project where we have 2-3 dll projects that are converted from VB6 to VB.NET. We have fixed all the issues that caused compilation errors, and most of obvious issues in running, so now we have basically a program up and running. The exe is created from scratch in VB.NET, using a lot of functionality from the converted dll's (including GUI forms). What I wonder is when I run the program in debug mode, I get a bunch of warnings in the "Immediate Window" saying:

...and some of other type (but most of them in Microsoft.VisualBasic.dll).I was wondering if this is common in projects converted from VB6, or if it is caused by bad design in our code...

All I am attempting to do is pull data from an Access database with four small tables into a data grid on a windows project. Should be simple, set up the data connection, choose a datagrid from the table in the data source view, drag it onto the page and done, right?I can't get it to work. It will all work fine until I attempt to run or debug the project. The data will not show up. As I said, the project seems to build fine, but it will not pull the data. After the initial build I get the message that Windows will show this page in Compatibility View. Is it something with Win7 Home Premium, or a setting somewhere?

I have a windows service written in .NET 2.0 that will run every 5 minutes and executes bunch oracle SQL/PLSQL scripts based on time/validation, it throws the above said error some times against some SQLs, the same SQLs run fine at later point without any error, I have no idea what is going on with the app. I am not sure if this has any thing to do with oracle connection pool as I am properly closing the connections after every SQL execution.

Brief of my project: Taking attendance using RFID reader and RFID passive tag. Main tasks:
1) Scan a Tag and Tag ID is transmitted to GUI.
2) Tag ID is matched with Student ID in database.
3) Successfully matched Student ID is displayed on GUI and LCD.
When i had experienced this problem, student ID was only display on UI but not LCD. After that, my system hang. This happened only when the data of tag scanned is taken from text file through OpenFileDialog. Manually add of data via UI just work fine.
