Unhandled Exception Trap - Dont See View Application Events Button ?

I found some threads talking about this.. but when I follow the thread on where to do it.. it must be talking VS2005.. cause on vs2008 in project properties -> application tab-> I dont see View Application Events button. so I assume its moved in VS2008 ? I did find some code I guess to do the same thing.. but I wanted to make sure I do it correct.. since I have an app that a client is running and they keep getting framework exceptions and I have no clue where its coming from.

In my windows application, I want to check which part of code (or routine) has caused un-handled exception event to occur from application events in its running mode (not debugging).
If this is possible then please guide me how to do this.

I've been using it for three days, and tried to make my own application. Everything was going okay, it ran fine in the debugger and everything worked, so I assumed there would be no problems. But then when I went to run it from the exe in the folder, it shows me this:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer rather than be handled by this dialog box. What is this Error about, can anyone explain please?

In my code I am trying to come up with the following messages using a try/catch Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click continue, the application will ignore this error adn attemp to continue. An error box that states: Unhandled exceptions has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignor this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the applicatiob will close immediatly.

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this application or computer (machine.config) must have the jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section. The application must also be compiled with debugging enabled.

This does not happen on all the forms within the app, just some. This happens on some systems running XP and the app runs fine on others running XP. So foar it has run on all systems running Vista. It happens some of the time on Windows 7

I'm making a program from witch one could run an application with different credentials.I can compile the program successfully, but when I press the button to run the program I get the following error: Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. I have a form with a button that brings up a different form. In some versions of this program (don't ask), the second form is shown non-modally, but in my version it is shown modally. The point of that last statement is that the second form can be either modal or non-modal, so an answer needs to handle either one, but the modal option is more valuable.If form 2 throws an exception that is not handled, the exception is caught somewhere on Form1, though the exact place that it is caught is largely dependent on where the exception was thrown from. The question is this: I need a means to trap all exceptions raised on Form2 or anything called from Form2 such that no exception EVER propagates out of Form2 to be caught in Form1. The reason for this is that Form2 HAS to perform some cleanup for reasons that I have zero control over. That cleanup doesn not absolutely require user input, but it would be good to have some.Is there any event that is fired if a form is exited due to a call stack unwinding as an unhandled exception propagates up the stack?

i have completed my program, and it seems fine, with no errors, and no debugging problems. However, when i load the application through '.exe', it gives me one error at one and only specific stage of the program. error: Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. I was scripting a very basic process manager, with a ListView component, and it was working fine for many days, up until now.Here is the code for getting processes:

The line of code where I put "*WIN32 EXCEPTION LINE* keeps running into an error(Win32 Exception was unhandled; Access is denied). Here is the full error description:

Message=Access is denied[code]....
As I said before, this had been working for several days, up until now.

I have developed an application which launch an external executable. I want to be able that if I am using another one, like notepad, I dont loose the focus to the one called by my application. I have test it changing the startinfo.windows style ( http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/libr...ndowstyle.aspx ) from Normal, minimized and hidden.Every one I have used make notepad loose the focus to the new launched application. Is it there any way to launch an application and make this dont get the focus, in order I can continue working in other app without problems?

How can I set up an application wide event trap that is triggered when my database connection status changes?i.e. no matter what form the user may be on if the connection is terminated for whatever reason a message box is displayed to the client requesting whether the program should try and reconnect with the database or not.

Is there Any way to handle the crtl + Alt + Del Key combination. Take for instance in a quiz application (Win Forms ), the user should not be able to switch to other windows till the test is over.
I'm able to capture the ctrl and alt key strokes individually, using c# standard properties. but once they user hits the del key . The control goes out of my appliation and windows handles it.

I got an out of memory exception in a photo editor thingy i was making in vb.net. The bitmap image is constantly changing, and I always Dispose() of it after it has been sent off to the other bitmap. Is it being stored in a temp folder and using up all my space on the computer, or what? It always bugs after about 8 bitmaps have been drawn.

I keep getting out of range exception when I run my code in vb. It says that
