Use A Call Statement To Clear Labels If Radiobutton Is Changed?

I'm struggling to figure this out on my own. First of all I'm not sure if my calculations are right for the BusinessCustomer part. Its supposed to be:
Processing fee:$16.50
Basic service fee: $80 for first 10 connections; $4 for each additional connection
Premium channels: $50 per channel for any number of connections
anyways, what Im mainly concerned about is clearing the label when the radio buttons are changed. I have tried adding "Call Clear()" in certain event procedures with no luck. Does anyone have any advice or tips? Help is much appreciated. Thanks!

I have radio buttons set up with different prices behind them.
When I change the radio button, the label clears but continues to add on the last price from before, therefore giving the wrong "subtotal" as such.
I have tried Subtotal.Text = "" and Subtotal.Text = String.Empty but these only clear the label, not the number behind it.

Maybe a windows form doesn't usually hold that many radio buttons. You only need so many;say four different sizes you would need a radio button for each one. In my case I have two GroupBox Containers each with 3 or 4 RadioButtons. If I have a reset button (giving the user a method of starting over) that clears any selections the user made, I have 7 lines to 'uncheck' each item individually.
Like this;
FirstRadioButton.Checked = False
SecondRadioButton.Checked = False

I have 7 radioButton options that allows the user to select which "Group" of guitar tuning they want. For example "General" and Dropped" Tuning". When the user selects rbGeneral a comboboxTuning gets items.add ("Standard") and others added to it. The same goes for when the user selects "Dropped": the comboboxTuning gets filled withe different terms. The problem is....I cannot figure out how to clear out the combobox.items (text) when switching between "Group" radio buttons. So, the comboboxTuning just keeps filling up.

i have 10 radio buttons that have yes/no values. These are options to one question, so need to in the database under 1 record. so - question1 yes, question 1 no, question1 yes and so on. i want to use a while loop or some other loop to take all these values and insert them or update them in the database for that particular question. i m new to programming. the db table is ID, question, Answer. so it will be 1 question1 yes, 2 question1 yes, 3 question1 no.

This may be simple, but im having a tough go at it. I'm trying to make a "review" section in a step through form, where the user can see everything that has been entered and if they choose go back and "edit" that information again. One section only has to show the information that has been added by the user, basically if they don't select a certain checkbox there is no reason to display the info for that box.I want to to dynamically create labels in a Panel (Panel7) on a TabPage (TabPage3), only for the checkbox information that was selected. This is what I have right now, and I am unable to see anything on the page, I have also tried without the panel and straight onto the tabpage itself to no avail.

I have a form which obtains data from text boxes and stores them in a file. If fields are missing, an error message is displayed. When information is stored, a message box asks if the user wants to enter another customer. However, that message appears whether or not information has been stored - I've used the following code. i have a problem i use a call sub procedure to do a delete records in my database for my vb .. now i have a problem when i call my sub delete proceudre in like this call GetDelete("tblName") , but in the sql query the sysem declare like this delete * from 'tblName' in my sub procedure when i set the breakpoint in which cause an exception error "Syntax error in query. incomplete query clause " anyway how to delete the quotes so i can retreive it without error

i have the following CallSets defined for serveral views including a combo box. If a user chose INDIVIDUAL, UNITEMIZED or CANDIDATE from the cbo box I wanted the view "AddIndividual" to be called. However, if anyother entity was chosen than it would call the view "AddOrganization." The "View", "Edit", and "Add" calls work but not the "AddIndividual" or "AddOrganization"

How do I(Can I) code a conditional statement in a TableAdapter query? I have a product code which can be either 8 or 9 characters long. Product codes are stored in an Access 2003 db table. I'm trying to create an array to be handled during my code. I want to create it as soon as I open the program so I've placed it in my bit of constructor code. This code was working fine before I tried to initialize a new array in there but when I place that in I get the above error message. This occurs whether I put the new array bit of code first in my constructor class or not.

Apparently I don't understand what PointToScreen() is actually returning. I'm thinking it should be absolute screen co-ordinates. In a form, I have some labels in a panel, which itself is in a panel and am trying to derive the screen co-ordinates for the labels in one statement without adding the X and Y co-ordinates of the panels. Why does PointToScreen(Label.Location) return the same value as PointToClient(Label.Location) and the same as Label.Location? Shouldn't PointToScreen() return absolute SCREEN co-odinates?

I am having problem with the coding of this (endless loop) and formatting of summary boxes before tests are complete that should not happen. (the overall goals is to have a separate validation procedure that does not calculate or dat displays are not performed until after call function is complete and valid. The validation that takes place are that two boxes are filled in - one is text and the other is a numeric value. (using vb 2008)

I changed my Username on my computer from i.e. "xxxxxx x xxxxx" to "Dennis"
VB 2008 during a compile gave me the following error: Error reading icon 'C:Usersxxxxxx x xxxxxAppDataRoamingMicrosoftVBExpress9.0VSProjectApplication.ico' -- The system cannot find the path specified.
The file "VSProjectApplication.ico" is in 'C:UsersDennisAppDataRoamingMicrosoftVBExpress9.0'
Somewhere in the VB2008 "configuration" files I believe that I need to manually change the old path to the new path.
I found the old path in the ".suo" file. The ".suo" file is not a text file. How can I edit the .suo file, save it so that it will work?

on my Form I have a DataViewGrid and some textboxes with a save button (they are filled with additional data of the selected row).Save is disabled first, when I change something in the textboxes the save button is enabled.When the user changes a gow in the grid, I want to ask before changing the grid row, if he wants to save (if the button is enabled).I am using RowEnter but this is too late, then the selected row already changed (and my textboxes already got new data)...What event can I use to ask if I should save stuff before the user changes a row?Something like BeforeRowChanging with a chance to cancel changing the row?

I created a program that has serval labels on a form and a listview object. It has a button that when clicked reads a textfile and loads up values in the listview object. I then can click and drag text from the listview box to any label on the form and then the program removes the value from the listview box. Now, my question is how can I instruct VB to save these values in the text property of the labels so that the next time the program is loaded the labels will contain the values loaded during the last run time session?

Well im currently developing an application for public use, I have a login screen in which the user enter's their registered credential's and the progressbar loads by increments of 3, now i placed 6 labels ontop of eachother and where the progressbar coding is i put:
If Progressbar.Value >= 1 Then
Label3.Show()
If Progressbar.Value >= 20 Then
Label3.Hide()
Label4.show()
And so on up until Label8 Show at 100%,
Now the problem is... As i have placed the labels ontop of eachother i need them hidden until they are called to show, i have tried adding a background worker to do this but have had no luck, all i see is the labels overlapping eachother when i run my application when i want them hidden untill Label3.Show() is called, and then to display them as they are called and hide them when another one is called to show...

With VB, but I've got the few basics down, file naming, adding objects, naming objetcs, etc. But the reason I'm on here is because I cannot complete even the first step. Our form is 640 X 480, and we need to have two labels, both have vertical scrolls. I know how to add and resize the labels to meet my needs, but I do not know how to create scrolling labels. Or are they text boxes? On our bubble chart (Do you know what that means?) it says lblInformation. We are going to have clickable radio buttons which will update the lblInformation with info about each of the radio buttons.

I'm trying to make a program that allows the user to click on labels which have a number in it and then that value has to be stored into a different label.
For example the user click on label1 and the values goes into label12, then it click on label3 and the values goes to label13 and so on.
At the moment I can only code on the respective label underneath (1->12,2->13...) but it has to be in any order (5->12,7->13...)
