Ok, I have some slight skills with VB but I am still a slight N00b when it comes to more advanced programing, I am currently working on a tabbed WebBrowser My tabs open just file and the new browser window also works but my navigation buttons do not I need some code that will transfer the buttons effect to the opend tab Ex. right now if I click "Back" it sends the first webbrowser back I want it to send the browser in the opened tab back insted.

I have one navigational toolbar that will allow me to click from one record to another. I am supposed to also have a navigation menu that does the same thing. I have found no information in my book that works on this. Is there a better place to find this type of information?

We have opted to create a single system/project containing multiple programs (like a mini ERP system).We are stuck on the navigation mechanism which will allow the user to load the appropriate forms. I am personally not a fan of the Tree View control because I think it is unfriendly to users. I have been looking on the web for some inspiration and I am interested in the design of the OPEN BRAVO ERP system. Before we dive in though, I wanted to get other programmers opinions. I have a VB.Net application with different versions for XP and Vista/WIndows 7, I want to create a Setup/deploy project to allow the installer to select which version they want to install. I know how to add a menu with radio buttons to the setup project, but how do I execute the msi file from the selection?

View 2 RepliesI have a context menu strip, and I need a way to add some kind of file to a folder in my documents. My program will get all the files in that folder then allow the user to pick one of the files. When a file is picked, the file changes the context menu strip completely. I can't figure out how to do this. I figured it could be done with a class library but I guess not. Any help would be great. And some extra info. I need to be able to externally code the file so that when a button in the context menu strip is pressed it does whatever the files tells it to do. How can these things be done?

View 2 RepliesI'm making a WPF form that has a large map as an Image in a ScrollViewer. It also has a mini-version of the map as another image. I want to make it possible to click the mini-version of the map to scroll the big version to a certain area of the map. So I need to do the following:
1. When moving the mouse over the mini-map change the mouse cursor to a square with the appropriate size to indicate what part of the map will be shown.
2. Scroll the big map to the appropriate section when the mini-map is clicked.
I want to make an application witch involves logging into google. It is basically a small application to always have your gmail with you without always having to go to the web browser and log in. Basically what I want to do is, when the person signs into their google account (or the page url changes) I want the webbrowser to refresh and go to a new point in the form and create an animation using a timer. I dont need advise with the animation, I just need to know how to link it together with the person signing into google. And also, If it's possible I would like to have the person log in without the actual google web interface, but with 2 textboxes and a button. I am using Visual Studio 2008.

Ive searched the internet low and high for an answer to this, but i cannot find anything! I am attempting to 'shoot' a circle drawn on the form when the user presses the 'r' key. if a string property is set to right, the graphic should be drawn, then updated to different x coordinates based on an interval. if the property is 'up' or 'down' then the y coordinate of the graphic should be changed based on another interval. Now i cannot use one preset timer, because i would be able to shoot only one bullet at a time, which would not work!
Does anyone know how i can either create an array of graphics(bullets) and add to the list every time the user presses r, then using one preset timer, update them all, or simple create a timer every time a bullet is created, then update the bullet position with its own timer.
i need to get some buttons to interact with other buttons on screen when i click then, as each indivual button gives a slightly different result.imagine this:[code]....
then i need then to hide different buttons depending on which button was pressed. so say i pressed button 1 then all the buttons showed but alternativly if i had of pressed 2 then say button 5 and 6 disapear.managed to get one way to work but then i would only ever end up with the first results every time.
