How To Multiple Reports With One ReportViewer

I tried myself a little with VS Report Designer and it all went well apart that I'm having trouble to display 2 reports in one Report Viewer (Not two reports in the same time :P).Here a little info on what I'm using I'm using two dataset witch i feel with information through my functions.Until know if i select the report manual on the control properties it works well but only that single one.[code]but i doesn't work for me uuu one think you also should know is that I also use Parameters with i pass to the report, which works great on an single report.

Within vb.net is there a way I can dynamically create multiple reports using the same rdlc but with different SQL statements.So in essence I want to write a loop that will open the same report multiple times within the viewer which will end up having many pages..

I want to export 2 different reports when I click an Export button. The problem is the routine only fires once and I only get one report to print out. Am I doing something wrong? I think it has something to do with the HTTPResponse, but I'm not sure.

Within vb.net we've got a report that works great it has it's header/footer details then then a table in the middle which repeats data and all of that is fine.
But what the client wants now is for another button named 'Print Individual' and this will print the same report but instead of the repeated data within the table for each of those rows to be a single row on a page with the same header/footer.
So for example on the first report if there is one page with 5 rows of details the 'Print Individual' report will print the same but have 5 pages and 1 row per report.
Obviously if I can do it where we use the same report instead of maintaing two reports would be good, as the report has a lot of information on it.

I have 2 or more reports and I want to be able to open them in a single report. Let's call it the master report. In this report I want to open several reports, that are independent one to another. I'm using this code to generate the raports:

With this code I rewrite the datasource of the raport, and I can filter the query by the 'param' variable in the query.After setting the datasource of the report i can save the raport:
crDocument.ExportToDisk(CrystalDecisions.[Shared].ExportFormatType.RichText, "C: emp.rtf")
into rtf, pdf, etc. I want to append more of these reports into a master empty report. Or load these reports as subreports into a master empty report.

Here all my data to input 15 times into ERP is same, so why is it not possible to create multiple reports with single entry form?

I am creating reports in Crystal Reports that is integrated within Visual Studio 2008, and I noticed that some of the features are disabled. One is the ability to link tables with a Right Outer Join or Full Outer Join. I also cannot "Show SQL Query" in Crystal Reports. Is this something I can enable or do I have to purchase or upgrade?

Basically, I am looking for a method on how to preview reports from a datagrid or it can be from the access database which populates the data to the datagrid (then displays this in the datagridview) in vb.net vs 2010.I believe there are two methods using the ReportViewer or using Crystal Reports, but so far, I have no idea how to get them to work. The first idea would be favourable - using the data from a datagridview (which may of already been sorted, filter etc) and be able to produce a report on that.

I tried it and faced problems in some areas like adding crystal reports to the setup and deployment. I created a setup file to my application and everything is fine except crystal reports...its showing the error like; An error occurred in crystalDecisions.Reports, crystalEngine threw exception.

I would like to use the control on a simple Visual Basic 2008/Access 2007 solution.In the application all the application database communication is done programmatically.No binding with any text boxes or any of the controls.I can't find on MSDN, my books or googleing how to do anything with ReportViewer programmatically.I added a winform to my project on which i added the reportviewer for starters put can't figure out how to get anything done.

ReportViewer is a component I use frequently. Imagine my surprise in VS2010 when I find that a project MUST use the 4.0 framework choice or the toolbox will not display the component. I am trying to use a 2.0 project for compatability reasons. No matter how I try to reference the WinReportViewer it will not work unless I update the project for 4.0 framework.MS, I don't understand what this means for upgrade path for old projects being opened in VS2010. We are a VS2008 shop and it would be horrible to upgrade a bunch of projects to 2010 only to find that ReportViewer is no longer supported by 2.0 framework.

I have a ReportViewer showing a report that is bound to a dataset. The dataset gets its data from a Access database backend. I have a separate form that allows the user to add/update/delete data. My problem is when the user makes changes to the data using the data entry form, the report does not reflect those changes. I have to close the entire program and reopen it before the changes take effect on my report.

I've been doing some readings online, and it seems that I need some code that rebinds data to the reportviewer at runtime, but so far I have not been able to solve this.

I'm using VS 2008 to develop a solution which will report on data mostly contained in SQL Express databases, across two servers. It will be used by up to about 10 XP clients. I am unfamiliar with the Reports Applications. Will I need to buy extra licenses to use a Crystal Reports application? Why are they both included in VS? What is the basic difference between them?

I want to render a report directly to pdf. I have an objectdatasource with 2 parameters. I obtain these parameters from a hiddenfield on the webform and from the datakeyname on a gridview. The report works when I load it in report viewer without rendering to pdf. When I place the code to render the report as pdf the parameters dont load i.e. the report renders as pdf but there are no details on the report. My code is below,.
