(2 vertical columns of 8 radio buttons each) The radiobuttons are created dynamically and each set of eight have different names to distinguish them. Do I really have to create 2 groupboxes and put each set of 8 in each groupbox and put those groupboxes into my parent groupbox? Is that it with radio buttons...if they are all in 1 groupbox then there is no way to select more than one at once?

I have a simple questionnaire system which shows a random number of questions to the user out of a certain total in my database.I have 2 separate tables: Questions and Alternatives (which are the options to answer) related by QuestionID field in both tables. I rendered such questionnaire using Nested Repeaters (parentRepeater for questions and childRepeater for the options) and it shows correctly on the page. Each option is a radio button which I had to use it as a HTML instead of the Standard Server Control <asp:RadioButton> because of the Dynamic ID problem inside a repeater.[code]What I don't know is how do I get all the questions answered by the user given that I don't know the QuestionIDs and the Alternative IDs since it's randomly generated and using a HTML input tags?

how to associate a select case statement with, which point to four Function procedures, to four radio buttons that are used to +, -, *, and / two simple fractions in a fractions calculator. This is a class assignment for which I have already been graded. I used an If...ElseIf statment and it worked perfectly. Now I am trying to utilize the Case Statments with Function Procedures to do the same thing. I do not get graded for this, but I was told to research it an find an answer. My current code is listed below.

I'm trying to draw multiple radio buttons on my form. I've used this same logic to draw multiple text boxes and for some reason, this doesn't work.
For counter As Integer = 0 To rc - 1
'controller name Radio button and properties.
Dim dynRadio As New RadioButton()
Me.Controls.Add(dynRadio)
[code]....
I have validated that:
rc = 3 and the loop does iterate three times. The values that come back from the db are correct.xAxis and yAxis are placed properly and is the same increment as my text boxes. It's just not giving me three radio buttons for some reason. It only displays the first one.
i want to use multiple radio buttons in if loop....each button performs certain function....how can i do it...in c#

I have a piece of software with two tabs, inside each tab there are buttons (the user can add the buttons when they want). when tab1 is full tab2 should start to fill. I currently know how many buttons fit on the screen so I just say something like if buttons > 150 then start to populate tab 2 The problem i have now though is if the resolution is changed then a different amount of buttons can be displayed. so if I put my screen to 1280x720 some buttons are left of. I was thinking of detecting the resolution and then using different cases for different resolutions but this seems very inefficient im wondering if there is a different way?

I'm creating a VB.NET application that includes two radio buttons inside of a groupbox. If the first radio button is selected, a certain tab on a tab form should be enabled. If the second radio button is selected, that tab should be disabled.
Is there a groupbox method that monitors both radio buttons and fires when the selection changes? Or do I need to set up individual methods for each radio button?

I am having a problem doing select case inside my groupbox.I have a bunch of buttons in a groupbox, each button will do a same function only with a different values when clicked. For example, let's say i have 3 buttons in the groupbox for now.[code]The function will display a message in a textbox. My problem here is, the message shown in the textbox will always be Case "C", the last 1. I jumbled the order, anything that's last will appear instead which I think it's because of the For Each. I tried a do while loop but I do not have any conditions i can think of to use for it. I also tried using IFs instead of Select Case but not successful.

I created a groupbox and then populate it with buttons during runtime. I also created a button, say Button1 to loop through the groupbox and delete those buttons.[code]...

Im working on a lay-away form application, this particular part is part of the even where the user adds a new customer, and has come to the section for adding personal references to the customers account. What Im trying to do is to check all the text boxes inside the GroupBox control, and then add all the tags of the text boxes that are empty to the list. If the list holds any records it will be put into a message box to let the user know he missed this value. But I want them to list in one text box. Here is what I've tried:[code...]
I get a conversion error, Cannot convert Prompt to String.
I updated a VS2008 vb.net application to VS2010 targeting the .Net 3.5 framework. This application has a windows form that contains a tab control. This tab control contains 6 tab pages. The tab control's tab pages contain group boxes. The group boxes have their anchor property set to Top, Bottom, Left and Right. The tab control's anchor property is also set to Top, Bottom, Left and Right.
When I open this form in VS2010 and resize the form, the tab control is automatically resized. The group boxes inside each tab page appear to automatically resize. If I close the form and immediately reopen it and click through each tab page; the first tab page's group box is resized, but each of the other tab pages's group box has not been resized.
I reported this issue through Microsoft Connect - [URL]. This worked in VS2003, VS2005, VS2008 but was broken in VS2010. I really want the behavior that existed in the previous versions of visual studio. Right now, I have to manually resize each individual group box every time I bring up the form in the designer.
