VS 2010 Connection String Error "An Attempt To Attach An Auto-named Database For File"

I have written a program which connects to MS sql express 2008 using the string below. This is OK on my computer but when I try to run this on a client computer I get the following message: "An attempt to attatch an auto-named database for file :(C:UsersBarry2010 vb programsadotrialadotrialResults 6.mdf) failed. A database with the same name exists, or specified file cannot be opened, or it is located on UNC share."

I am getting this error:{"An attempt to attach an auto-named database for file D:WORKDocStoreDocStoreDatabaseDocStore.mdf failed. A database with the same name exists, or specified file cannot be opened, or it is located on UNC share."}
I verified the file exists and is checked out for edit. This is in my app.config:

Whenever I run my service it never responds, I know it isn't the service as I have one similar running in a different aspx file running. I'm trying to connect a remote mysql database. I'm doing it from a vb.net 2005 application with a connector mysql.data.dll What's happening is, suppose if I try to connect thrice it connects twice and once throwing an exception that says A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. there's nothing wrong with the code, otherwise it would never have connected

I am trying to connect to SQL Server 2008 from my windows application using vb.net through named pipes.
I did some browsing and I found, to connect through named pipes we just have to mention "Initial Catalog =Test_DB; Data Source = np:Server_Name;integrated security=SSPI;".
But this doesn't connect to the server at all. Is this the right way to connect to sql sererver using named pipes?

i am using access database for my program. now i have connected to the database in MDI form of main exe, and ir also works, user can log in, it gets verified etc etc etc. now here is the problem, when i load a form from dll and try to use any sql query on that form, i get message, "database connection is not opened". so what i did was, i added the connect() (a function i designed to connect to database) in the load part of the dll's form, it made the trick, query's started to run, everything went fine, and when i reload the form i.e after closing the form, i load it again from MDI form, i get error, connection already open..

Is it possible change the connection string to a different database when the user changes the database they are using .i have a working program atm but i want to be able to change the connection with out having to change the code. the databases contain information from different years but all have the same tables queries etc.
