IDE :: Can't Update Intellisense In Visual Basic Coding
Mar 12, 2009I have created a new entity attribute in CRM, now trying to get the IntelliSense updated in Visual Studio 2005. I don't create a project in Visual Studio, but just open an existing website, and do coding in Visual Basic.I have tried restarting Visual Studio. I tried searching for .NCB file, but it's neither on my computer nor on the web server, so there is nothing to remove.Anybody has an idea what else can I do???Is it possible to regenerate somehow .wsdl file and is it related to this at all?

Visual Basic (Coding) - Child Form To Open Within A Panel On Its Parent?
Mar 2, 2012I have created a (kind of) 'Desktop' Form for the main basis of my program. Basically it is made up of 3 panel controls.
1. Holds all buttons which load the different forms (Like the windows start menu when expanded). name: StartMenuPanel
2. Holds Information on log in deatails. name: LogCheckPanel (very thin panel at top of screen)
3. Main panel which takes up the majority of the screen (where I want the forms to load). name: MainPanel
My aim is: When a button is clicked from the 'StartMenuPanel' the form will load with-in the 'MainPanel'.
I tried changing the start position to 'centre parent', but the panels are in the way so some of the childform is overlayed by the panels.

When I run this I get the following error: 'Top-level control cannot be added to a control'.
I hope I've explained this well enough.

Cannot Read HTML Help Files In Visual Basic 2008 Windows Application
May 1, 2011My students did a tutorial in HTML Help Workshop to add Help files to a VB 2008 Windows application. They zipped the files and uploaded them to our class web site.
I downloaded them at home, unzipped, and tried to check, but every one shows Table of Contents or Index and cannot find the .htm documents for the topic. The same thing happened in my office. However, these projects work correctly in our classroom
lab and do display the .htm files.

I have learned particularly in the subject of automating web browsing control using the getattributes etc., but I have tried everything that I have seen in the forums to auto click the "Settings" link in a created gmail account and then have the browser automate the "Forwarding" to another gmail address. I haven't found a solution anywhere to accomplish this.

I have the page source in a variable (pageSourceCode), and need to work out some regex to get the value (3 in this example). I have this so far: [Code] Which works fine most of the time, however this code is used to process source code from multiple sites (that use the same platform), and sometimes there are other attributes included in the input tag, or they are in a different order, eg:
<input class="someclass" type="hidden" value="3" name="user_status" />
I just dont understand regex enough to cope with these situations.

Jan 25, 2010when the user clicks on the add button another form launches, which enables the user to add student info such as name, address, course, start date and end date, this information is then written to class when the ok button on that form is clicked, and then displays the data on the initial form in data grid. the user can add multiple entries and they are all displayed on the intial form and a the data grid is populatedwhen any of the rows in the displayed grid is selected, and the update button is clicked then the same form launches as the previous one and but this time its in the update mode and pre populates the form with the inital values.
