Changing The Position Of Textbox Using Code?

In my form there is a AXVS Flex Grid and a textbox.Firstly the textbox will not visible. When the focus will be on a particular column of the flexgrid then the textbox will be visible and the flex will be disable.The position of the text box will be at the bottom of the particular row at the first time. But when another row is inserted then i need to change the position of the textbox to the botoom of the new row and so on.

I'm starting to learn about using the CurrencyManager to change the position of data and seem to be missing something because the postion is not changing. look at this code and let me know what I'm missing?
I hard coded the postion in:objCurrencyManager.Position = 1 and used the debugger to step through the code to see what .Position is holding and after the statement executes, the value is still 0 even though there is data in the dataset. I was hoping the textbox would display the data from the dataset located in the 2nd row of the dataset but the position never changed.

This is maybe an weird question because I don't know if its possible so prepare .I am working on a project its a kinda autoclicker.It moves the cursor to positions and perform mouseclicks it all works perfectly.So when it runs you can't do something else on the pc because the cursor gets moved every 1-5 seconds.So I wanna now if its possible to kinda attach it to the program I am making it for so it moves the cursor and do clicks within the form of the program.

Well I'm not sure how to describe it so i uploaded an image that has 2 different control box positions.

The one on top is set up as Render Mode=System while the other image is set up as Render Mode= ManagerRenderMode
Both applications were developed in VB using VS2005.
Each one has its MDI container and their MainMenuStrip set up..
What property/reason would be causing this? I just created a test program simulating the same case (MDI container with child forms) and everytime i maximized the control boxes appear in the correct position.

Basically I want to move my mouse to the coords that is received based on the location of a certain coloured pixel. I can get the coords of the pixel but when using them on mouse position, the mouse position is based on the entire screen rather than the form. How could I change the position coords based on the form rather than the entire screen. E.G. If a certain coloured pixel is 2,2 in a form and I put that as the mouse position, it would go outside the form but I dont want that. I want it to hover of the pixel coords

In my application which is written on vb.net,i search for a word by typing the same in textbox here i have doubt to focus the cursor in the text box.. if i press first letter, say 'a', in textbox that will automatically search what are the words start with 'a'but after searching, cursor is not focussed in the textbox and to type another letter, say 'b', i need to bring my mouse pointer over the textbox and click so that i can type another letter.how can i keep my cursor focussed in the textbox unless i click somewhere else.

I am working on an application in Visual Basic 2008 Express.Dependeing on aa user choice,the window can be one of three sizes. I want each to be centered.On startup the property for "StartPosition" is "CenterScreen", the form loads with the window at the top center of the screen.
The user selects a differentsize for the form, using the following code:

during the development of my project, i've fall in the need to change the position of some forms, pixel by pixel using a timer.Now, i've checked that the movement is very fluid when form is not very heavy, when it contains few elements, but when it has a lot of elements inside, the movement becames nervous and not fluid, the movement becomes jerky.

I have a TextBox control with a lot of text which has a vertical scrollbar, and every time I hide/show the control the position of the scrollbar stays the same. I'm trying to figure out how to change the position of the scrollbar to the top of the textbox, as if it were at the beginning of the text.

I Would like to position the cursor in a text box using X,Y coordinates with X being the line number and Y being the column number. Is there any way to determine the line and column numbers of a textbox that is full of text. Using the .selectionstart paramenter only lets you position the cursor a certain distance from the beginning of text but there is no line information that I know of. By the way, I not an expert at VB so bear with me if these questions seem kind of basic.

Would someone advise as to why the cursor position code does not work in the downloaded code snippet this code is from the second tutorial located within VB 2010. The debugger moves through the method but the cursor is not affected in any manner i.e does not move to position 10,10 when called to do so.I am using XP windows 2003 as a virtual machine through Macintosh OS X 10.5.8 -maybe this has an effect somehow? Here is what I am trying to do: I've added a .SelectAll() method in the MouseDown event of a textbox and it works well.
Now when the user double clicks, I'd like to unselect the text and set the position where the cursor is.
I don't know if I'am making myself clear here so here is an example:
Let's say this is the following text in the textbox: "this is just a test, please do not panic."
User clicks in the textbox, all the text becomes selected.
Let's assume the position of the curosr is just before the "j"
The user double click so the text becomes unselected and the cursor position automatically changes to the j.
I know I have to use the .Select(start, length) method with 0 as length value, but how do I find the start value depending of the mouse position ?

I have a windows form which contains a group of panels in a flowlayout control. Each panel has a button acrossthe top which is always visible and clicking on it expands the panel to view the other controls on it. clicking on it again shrinks the panel back to the size of the button. A simple form of menu. The flowlayout control has autoscroll enabled and as enough panels are resized (opened) they obviously are too big for the form and a scroll bar pops up.To get the most recently opened panel in the viewable area I use
FlowLayout.ScrollControlIntoView(pnECBF)
where pnECBF is the panel just resized. This works but places the panel at the bottom of the form i.e just in the visible area. I want the user to be able to see the panel AND the next menu button which is on the subsequent panel. So basically what I want is the panel into the visible area +25 pixels for the next panels menu button.

Does anyone know how to position a picturebox or a textbox or a button on the center of the form? i tried anchoring it "Top, Bottom, Left, Right" but when i do that the buttons,pictureboxes and textboxes increasing in size and fills out the screen without appearing in the center.(My form is in maximized state and i need all components to appear at the exact center when the program is run)

I'm working on a project that incorporates an Arduino Duemilanove board and a program that a wrote in VB 2008. Basically, when the Arduino receives a symbol from COM3, it sets a Pin on the board, high or low. I'm using two Pins, one is going to be for a laser, the other a relay. The relay is going to close a circuit, and act as the button on the Nerf Vulcan. That's right, I'm creating a Nerf sentry gun.It's going to be fully controlled from my computer. I have all of the code done for the servo, and all of that, both on the Arduino and in VB.
The Arduino sends the angle of the Servo that will control the right and left movement of the gun through COM3, every time it changes. I want my program to display that position in a textbox, as my program needs that value in order to properly function. Basically, I need the code to read from the serial port, and display what it receives in a textbox, textbox3.
