Get A Code That Will Load Text, The Correct Image To Match It And The Command For Each Image?

I need a code that will load text, the correct image to match it and the command for each image. what i want to do is make a program that will download a swf and an image into to folders. then at startup the program will load all the swf and images and put the images into a listview so when you click on the image for the swf file it will give the link to the swf so it can be loaded.

I have created a basic query generator which allows a user to select the Select, WHERE and criteria attributes using a number of checkboxes.However i have got stuck. In the results form i have the following code

The program keeps on crashing if the user does not select the corresponding amount of display records from above for the amount of attributes they want for the SELECT part of the query in the intreface in form 1.
How would i go about making something where the number of SELECT attributes selected which are listed in a string create the correct number of textbox fields in the results form (form2)

I am "weeks new" to visual basic 2008 but I was hoping that someone might tell me how I can open an image in whatever type of "visible" graphics window (always positioned at: x=0 y=0); move to some "definable position" of interest x=(n) y=(n); change the brightness of that "individual pixel" by some "definable means of measure" from its original state; and save the new image as a separate image file?

How do I upload the client's image file and display it in the web form's image control?How do I save it to the sqlserver? The image table is already set up with a "Image" data type column. Can the image be saved to the database as simply as other data types?

I'm making a front end to dvdauthor.I have a picturebox which holds the menu background. In order to draw a textbutton on the background image I store the image in a hidden picturebox. So the text doesn't get drawn to the visible background.

i have an assignemnt in my visual basic express 2008 class, were i have to type in an image name, like paris.jpeg,and automatically manipulate the file to be called paris-steg.png. Once this happens i click the manipulate image button and the image should be altered so that paris-steg.png has a message hidden in it. Then i have to decode that message. At this point im having troubel getting the file name to automatically appear as paris-steg.jpeg, and you will proabbly see why with my code. I need to know how to do this. I'm making a photo editor and the size of the image depends on the size of the window, like the Zoom mode in the BackgroundImageLayout property of a form. It works sometimes: when resized only a small amount, it does nothing, but when the image is resized more than that, it jumps to the right position.

I am working on a scrolling text operation within a VB.net/ASP.net application. However, I am getting an error command from the following two commands:
Me.ScrollingMarquee.InnerHtml
Return Me.ScrollingMarquee.ClientID
The error is that the InnerHtml and ClientID properties are not recognized as members of the class. Apparently I am not using the correct DIM command for "ScrollingMarquee" (e.g. "Dim ScrollingMarquee As Control" is incorrect)).
