I am getting a "NULL VALUE error in the output line in the sub displayArray. I'm told it is because my array isn't set up to increment. I took a stab at incrementing it but not quite sure how it should be written. Also, the sample program I started with displayed array contents in a messagBox. I need to display in my label box.

Which is inside a class which overrides a custom list base. The code is occassionaly throwing an unhandled exception, System.NullReferenceException, on this line when used in production:

DeafultSKUBinID is declared as an Integer? (Nullable Int) in the PurchaseDelivery class. I cannot see what might be causing this error, why would this be returning an error?

I have 2 VB programs that I would like to communicate with each other, but I want them to be separate EXEs. Anyway, the easiest way I figured would be for me to call the one program from the other and then return a result. How do I get this result into another program?
Here is how I want it to work:
1. Start System Information Program (easy)
2. Call a video test program, and send a couple arguments (see below)
3. Receive arguments from the video test (I do not know how to do this, I do not know how to send from the video test or receive from the system information)
For example the user has typed a list of names in a text field (1 on each line)

the program will auto fill this in the submission form jerry
when it finished the first registration now moves on to the second string:

View 3 RepliesWe need to start implementing verbose runtime output to assist with debugging on end users machines. If the executable is launched with a particular parameter, we need this to kick in. This is not necessarily "error" logging, but runtime logging to see exactly which lines of code have been executed. We literally have to add an output line after each line of code in every function. Without question, this is extremely tedious.
I was hoping there might be a better way at doing this, such as possibly using reflection at runtime to somehow output which line of code in which module just completed.

So what happens is. I have this JAVA Code which i am making out of a vb form to help me develop quicker in that. So, when i click "Button1" a formula enhances and gives an output "TEXT" Which i want to choose what lines it shows on my "MultiLine Textbox".
Basically, How do i make it so when i click a BUTTON a text is written in a MULTILINE-TEXTBOX which i get to choose which bits of the text goes on which line.

I need to out each line of text to a seperate textbox. or label. Im not sure about a string. Can a string hold a value like, "192.168.1.1 2302"? If so, then how would i output it to a string. If not, textbox or label please. Please keep it simple as possible, since I will probably be needing to repeat this process 500 times, like, a different string for each line, i will have a lot of lines. I am trying to take user input on 3 input boxes, get discount from select case and then calculate out the following. My problem is I can get the code to do a simple addition, but If I try to do any calculation at all calling the discount I get an error where the output totals to zero. I don't know if I am missing something associated with the sub getDiscount() or if there is a problem elsewhere.Ultimately this is what I want my calculation to end up as.
First calculation
Price * Entered Input * Discount = Full Discount Value
Second Calculation
Price * Entered Value - Full Discount Value = Total

The Form Designer in the IDE is no longer working properly. When I create a new project, the Form Designer will work, but after I save it and close the IDE and reopen the next day the Form Designer no longer shows the form and instead says "To prevent possible data loss before loading the designer, the following errors must be resolved: An Error occurred while parsing EntityName.Line 2, position 62" If I click ignore and continue, then it just displays a blank form with no controls. The problem appears to have started after I unistalled and reinstalled VB2008 Express.

MVC 3. VB.NET I have the following controller action in my application to send generated PDF files to the User by download. The function works fine when the controller itself has been invoked. But when I call to the function from outside the controller it returns a " Object reference not set to an instance of an object " error as soon as it hits the response.contenttype line.
