Highlight Invalid Data On Gridview If Validation Against A DataTable Is Failed?

I tried my best to shrink down the program to the following code. In this example, I have UK and USA as valid countries. If someone lives outside those countries, I wanna show an error message and highlight them on the gridview. For example, John and Chris are from China so they should be highlighted on the gridview. Either just Name or the whole row can be highlighted.

I have a datagridview with three columns (ID, Name, Address). It's bound to a database that contains around 500 items. I want to be able to search the gridview for data given in a text box, and then highlight it. If possible, pressing the Next button should find the next match, and the Reset button should clear all selections (nothing highlighted).

My goal is to have the user be able to click the row and the row will be the selected row almost like having the select button but the entire row clickable to do the same thingthe error i get popups when i click the row, not when the webpage is loaded

I have a gridview0 in a multiview and when I click select on a row I have theGridView0_SelectedIndexChanged sub change to a different view in the multiview, which has a different gridview1 but the same datasource as gridview0. This is when it errors out and it displays the invalid column name error, with the column name being the datakeyname of the first gridview0 row that was selected

I cannot figure out why HeaderText or validation controls always fallback to default culture - even though rest of the controls are in correct culture.
I have a GridView with HeaderText specified in this way>
<asp:BoundField DataField="totalSales" HeaderText="<%$ Resources:Strings,TotalSales %>" />
In the same way I have validation controls and they can't be localized.
Only this syntax does work: <%= Resources.Strings.Payments %>
I set different culture in Master page using this statement in Page_Init[code]...

Error Dropdownlist has a SelectedValue which is invalid because it does not exist in the list of items. Parameter name: value I have been banging my head over this error for about a week now. I have searched posted on other forums and still no solution to my issue. I have seen the FindControl being suggested but do not know how to implement this.
Basically I have 2 webmethods that reference 2 datasets which then populate my ajax cascading dropdownlist. In insertmode they work great however in editmode i get the above error.I have removed the selectedvalue and added
DataSource='<%# Bind("intRoom") which works sort of except for the fact that when you click edit it does not retain the original value of that particular record. Other things i have tried are as following:adding the items to the itemcollection of the dropdownlist turning appenddataitems to true on also tried to use the findcontrol but dont understand that punching my monitor and slamming my keyboard
Now I know i could get this to work by using a sqldatasource with some t-sql to get my dropdownlist to work however I thought by reusing my webmethods my code would be more professional. So if there is anyone out there that can help me understand why the value for my dropdownlist is not being populated or does not exist during gridview editing Also will post code if asked not sure what you would like to see rather than posting everything.

Right now I have controls that are in my update panel and change the data in my gridview they work fine, but then i thought it would be cool to have the controls in the header of my gridview. I am developing in ASP.NET using VB.NET as background code. I am on vs2008 with windows 7 enterprise edition.I have just restarted doing VB.Net and my first time using a gridview without a DataBase, so maybe I am missing something. Basically, I am trying to add a DataRow (dr) to a DataTable (dt) and then put said DataTable into a Gridview (grdvIntervenants).My first step is to take the gridview and put all its data into a DataTable. Then i create a DataRow(dr) that I populate with variables and I add said DataRow to the DataTable. After that, I put the DataTable as the DataSource and bind the GridView.
The problem is that my GridView shows the rows but they are empty.While debugging, I found out that this error was beside all the DataRow.Item:"In order to evaluate an indexed property, the property must be qualified and the arguments must be explicitly supplied by the user" Seraching for it on the net.I did not totally understand the error, so i tried many different ways of adding the data into the DataRow but to no avail. I also tried different way of adding the column thinking the index problem might be coming from there, but again, the problem persisted. Now, something I found weird was that the Item property of my DataRow gives the quoted error, but I see the values into the ItemArray of the DataRow.I also found out that the same error appears beside the columns property into the dataTable.When I try to access the data from the DataSource in my rowDatabound method using the DataBinder, it gives me null results...
